I had a really great experience with Dr. Safa and Nurse Ruth. I was extremely nervous going in for my root canal, but they both made me feel so comfortable and reassured. Dr. Safa suggested that I try doing it without nitrous because he thought I would be completely fine without it. I decided to trust him, and he was right! I didn't need the nitrous at all, and the whole procedure was so much easier than I had built it up to be in my head. Dr. Safa was gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Ruth was also so kind and reassuring, which really helped calm my nerves. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially for something I was so nervous about. I would definitely recommend Dr. Safa and Ruth, especially if you have dental anxiety. Thank you both for taking such great care of me! read more

Extremely cold and rude office staff. Had a 1:00 appointment for first time visit consult. Showed up at 12:45 and the door was locked. No sign, no posted hours, nothing. Someone walked up at about 12:55 and unlocked the door and walked in. Saw me standing in hallway waiting, but did not say a word. I waited until 1:00 on the dot before I actually went in. Front desk did not say hello, did not welcome me at all as a new patient/ client. Just asked for a form of ID and told me to have a seat and wait. Got called back for x-rays. Not a word was said to me by anyone until the doctor walked in to discuss my situation. After quoting me over $2,000.00 out of pocket for a procedure that had minimal chance of success, I left and told them "no thanks"! Very cold and unwelcoming atmosphere by staff. I'd rather pay to have tooth pulled! read more

I had a referral from my primary dentist for a root canal that was tricky due to my tooth configuration and a bridge. The office staff couldn't have been better in getting me set up quickly for the appointment. The office is very nicely set up and outfitted. I did not have to wait long when I arrived. I was also, after X-rays, was able to get the diagnosis quickly that confirmed what my primary dentist had referred me for. They were able to perform the root canal procedure right away, successfully, painlessly (after the numbing injection ) and professionally. I was in and out in a little over an hour. Totally pleased with the referral and experience. A first rate practice. read more

I was referred here for some dental pain, and I have to admit--I get a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist because of past experiences. But from the moment I walked in, Dr. Gabbay made me feel completely at ease. He has such a warm, reassuring presence (and a great smile!). He worked alongside Ruth, who was incredibly attentive and on top of everything, making sure I was ready and comfortable throughout the entire visit. You can tell they make a great team. I had my procedure done and didn't feel a thing--I was honestly shocked when they told me we were finished. Dr. Gabbay clearly explained the root of the problem, which gave me so much relief. I honestly wish this could be my regular dentist because of how comfortable they made me feel. Of course, I hope I don't have to come back (since that would mean more dental issues), but if I do, I'd feel completely confident being in their care again. Thank you! read more

Had a root canal referral that they were able to to schedule same day and was super smooth. Thank you Dr. Safa and team!

As someone who hates doing to the dentist, I never thought I'd be writing a Yelp review but the experience I had was worth praising. the staff was extremely welcoming and made billing transparent and easy (shoutout Henrietta)! I had to have some major dental work done due to a failed root canal. I was dreading the appointment but that all changed once I got there. The office was clean, bright, and inviting. Dr. Gabbay was a true professional that took the time to explain and show me what was going on, his plan for treatment, and what I could expect throughout the process. I felt almost zero pain, and Dr. Gabbay and his assistant checked in with me the entire time. LB Endodontix is a master class in how a business should be run. They got me in for an appt within 2 days, then called me since they were running ahead of schedule and saw me 30 min early. Totally professional, efficient and friendly from the dentist to the office staff. Everything was explained in full detail. read more

I got a root canal done yesterday by Dr. Golchert and it was such a positive experience. I have very bad dental anxiety and struggle with getting my teeth professionally cleaned, let alone a few drills touching my teeth! But I felt very safe and respected at this office. Camilla made sure I had a stress ball to hold and no one cared that I had a few nervous tears. They made sure I knew what was happening at all times and I was out of there in no time! 10/10, I will be recommending this office. read more

Your prices are obscenely expensive. 4160.00 for 2 root canals that took 1 hour? We are senior citizens on social security. I can't even imagine that you can legally charge that much. Yes, you did a good job. But it's totally ridiculous read more

At 62, I needed my first ever root canal and I was panicked! You rarely hear stories of how well a root canal goes, just the horror stories, so I was really shaken. But Dr Vahora and staff were very nice and explained everything. Once I was numb, I felt no pain or discomfort at all. The best part was the use of a dental damn. It allowed me to relax and not have to worry about bits and pieces falling onto my tongue or down my throat or saliva needing to be suctioned. I was basically separated from the procedure. I would absolutely recommend LB Endodontix for a root canal! read more

I went to Long Beach Endodontix to repair 2 teeth that already had root canals but were not done well by another dental office. Both teeth had infections that needed to be treated immediately. The office staff was professional and friendly. The office look clean and modern. Dr. Younes Safa was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She sensed that I was scared and reassured me that everything would be ok. The procedures took 1 hour. The aftercare was thorough. I had to watch a video for the aftercare. I ran a fever that very evening and contacted the office. Someone from the office called me back the next morning to check up on me. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Long Beach Endodontix. read more

I had a great experience at Long Beach Endodontix. My first appointment was a consult at which I scheduled very last minute because I had a family member that was being seen in the same building... I called LB endo the morning of and they were able to accommodate me the same day and even the same time as my family member being seen in another office. The lady scheduling me was very professional and efficient. I also liked I was able to fill out any new patient forms prior to the appointment to make my wait time quicker. I was seen by Dr.Vahora and he made me feel very comfortable with his recommendation of a root canal on a tooth that has been giving me problems for quite a while now. Any questions I had he answered. The day of my appointment I was quite nervous as this was my first root canal treatment. The assistant played a post op care video while I was for Dr.Vahora to see me. I liked that because it saved time and answered any questions I had for after treatment care. I definitely over thought the procedure because it was actually a breeze. Dr.Vahora and his assistant were very efficient. He made sure I was comfortable through out the entire procedure asking me multiple times if i was doing okay. He gave me updates and let me know what step he was on. When he said there was only 5 minutes left I was pleasantly surprised. They made my treatment go by so quick. My whole appointment from start to finish was painless. Thank you Long Beach Endodontix for this great experience ! read more
