This place is a genuine hidden gem. Before I continue with my review, please note that I used to face dental anxiety and after a having a very unprofessional experience at other dental offices, this place has been by far the best in terms of service, staff and comfort for me. I do not like to lie, as I believe that helps no one. I am really happy I found this place. They take my insurance, are very thorough about their professionalism and most of all, they treat you like a human being and not a dollar sign. This is a big one for me. The office interior is well designed, very clean and comfortable. The dental equipment is modern and I found that to be a nice plus. On a personal note, during my first visit I noticed a "Belize" jersey displayed on the primary backwall. As a Caribbean Black American, I do not see much representation for my country, so when I saw the jersey, I instantly felt the cultural appreciation and felt very comfortable after seeing that. So, thank you for that Dr. Ash, it truly does mean a lot. Staff: Lovely. Very professional. Very friendly. Very casual. I appreciate walking in and being met with a human to human approach. I find that in a lot of medical offices, sometimes the staff may not be as friendly, as I understand the med field is very stressful. When I come here, I'm spoken to with respect and I really appreciate that. It's nice to know that people care. Doctor Ash cares so much for his work, he is truly a very passionate and sweet man. They even took it upon themselves to inform my orthodontist about any concerns or updates regarding my braces. (I am so grateful for this, as my previous dentist caused my orthodontist and I a lot of stress regarding communication around my treatment). Service: Honestly, Dr. Ash gave me the best cleaning of my life. I've received many cleanings in the past, and hands down this is the best I've received. I can't exaggerate, even if I wanted to. I returned home after the service and was really happy with the before and after. Trust me, the before made me call in for an appointment. (I have braces and I'm not risking anything). I've gotten x-rays done here (very quick), general checkups (Dr. Ash takes his time and is very detailed during the examination). If you are hesitant about giving this spot a try, please don't be.
