I had such a good experience. It's worth writing a review. Upon walking into the office I got a very calming feeling. It's clean, stylish and the vibe is serene. I was welcomed by a very nice lady named Gina she is the receptionist / Dental assistant. They make a good team. There was even a personalized welcome message on the screen while I was being seen. The Dentist Dr. Felix is friendly and very knowledgeable. He explains things and finds the best course of action with your dental plan, all while keeping his focus on your dental health. Very nice dental office. Dentist is hands on. walks you through your procedure and make you feel comfortable. Relaxing music playing which actually relaxes you during the procedure. They sent me the questionnaire before hand and was able to fill it out online which I love. Had X-rays and a deep teeth cleaning. I was very pleased with my visit and the treatment was painless. I was nervous about it but I've never had such a painless numbing I didn't even feel the needle go in! Overall the treatment I received was very quick and he accommodated me, I was the last patient of the day and didn't feel rushed to have him complete the treatment on me. The medical assistants are very accommodating and patient and very polite. Dr Jose is courteous and explained the treatment and gave me a treatment plan. All the x-rays and the treatment of the teeth were shown to me on a big screen that magnified the problems that needed to get repaired. The office is very clean and modern. The doctor even walked me outside to my car as it was getting dark and he just felt that it would be safe to go out escorted, although I felt comfortable enough in the area to go out by myself. That is a nice service touch he put at the end of my visit. Right now they are running a promotion for referring patients.
