For my two recent visits, this place felt like a manufacturing assembly line. So many patients in the waiting room. Like a constant traffic jam, waiting to be called on, Nexxxt!. It feels so congested. Not the traditional feeling I am use to when visiting a dental practice. " Felt that DMV feeling " I called for an appointment to get my teeth cleaned as a new patient, unfortunately on my first visit I wasn't treated for a cleaning but given a consultation along with Xrays. After consultation, they threw a large invoice bill on me. Everything felt forced. Stating I need this , that , you should do this. I questioned the fact, is the work being requested on the dental invoice really necessary? Felt aggressive and forced. My first impression of this dental office is for them to Hit the insurance as hard as possible, to collect and benefit from. The invoice felt off to me. So I requested a Pre authorization invoice before I commit to the plan they are presenting. I also have double insurance through my spouse. I still have to pay for a deductible. Hmmmm? Seems odd. Yes, this place is high-tech. Has the most up to date equipment to utilize which is a plus, giving me the confidence that the work being performed on my teeth is in good hands, in terms of being relaxed in calm format. I Can't take that away from this dental establishment. Technology Kudos for that. My 2nd visit, I was able to get a cleaning. Patty did a fantastic job as my assigned Hygienist. Great work! Big props to her! They even give you a goodie bag with a toothbrush and toothpaste after your teeth cleaning procedure has been completed. Overall, I am going to give this place a chance. If I see any indication of hidden or extra charges that was not agreed upon. I will cease to continue my visit. I do not tolerate dishonesty. Overall, everyone is friendly and professional. In essence, it appears they identify potential procedures or services that may not be covered by insurance, necessitating upfront payment. The process has become rather impersonal, with patients in the dental chair awaiting a sales representative who presents a video detailing hundreds of dollars in proposed dental work. I discussed this matter with the office manager, who confirmed it as their standard policy. Again, my sole intention was to receive my annual teeth cleaning. When I called the office, I asked why I was being notified less than 24 hours before my appointment when I had already taken the day off work and arranged childcare. I was told that the dentist had informed the office on Friday, August 28th, and that they had been contacting patients since Monday. I completely understand that unexpected things happen and that a dentist leaving the practice may not have been something they could control. What I found frustrating was the way it was handled. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience this caused. I was simply told that this was what happened and that they could reschedule me. Rescheduling wasn't really an option for me. I had already rearranged my work schedule and childcare, which is not easy to do. Thankfully, I was able to find another dentist with an appointment available tomorrow morning, so my day off and childcare arrangements won't go to waste. Ultimately, I decided to take my business elsewhere. The cancellation itself was disappointing, but the lack of communication and empathy was what really bothered me. I hope the office can put a better system in place for situations like this. Things happen, but patients deserve timely communication and, at the very least, some acknowledgment of the inconvenience when changes are made at the last minute.

Parking is street-only, so it might not be the easiest right in front--but there was plenty available just across the street. We didn't mind the short walk at all--it was actually kind of nice. My mom was checked in quickly, and they diagnosed her dental issues right away. Everything went smoothly, and so far, I've had no problems with the office or the staff.
