I would not hesitate to recommend Champion to any of my neighbors. Darnell was on time, courteous, and professional from beginning to end - he answered all of my questions, pointed out FYI's so I was aware of certain things about my new water heater, and provided a clear overview of Champion's MVP program. I'm sure these guys are scheduled for multiple appointments each day but Darnell never seemed rushed, I felt like he truly wanted to do a quality job, made sure everything checked out, and confirmed that I was satisfied with the installation. He completed the job from walk in/walk out in under 2 hours. Obviously no one enjoys shelling out money for a new water heater + installation. But if you have to, do it through a company like Champion. I'm glad I did.

The estimator did not pressure me whatsoever and I ended up getting a quote for a furnace and AC unit replacement. The quote was thorough and after researching everything, I determined it was a fair deal. I went ahead with the purchase and they were out a few days later to get the job done. I cannot begin to tell you how incredibly professional and personable everyone was. They did a stellar job replacing everything and I had no idea how big of a difference this upgrade would make. Nice gal told me their Estimator would need to talk to me, he's out, will be back next week. So I wait for a call. Got an email Tuesday *afternoon* telling me that their Estimator can be called 6:30-11:30am Monday through Wednesday. Again, this was Tuesday AFTERNOON. So basically, gave me one morning to call, and it's my busiest morning this week. So now I can't talk to the guy until next week?! I originally contacted them LAST week because I need the work done THIS week. Well it's Thursday. I gotta go with someone else 'cuz I need to talk to someone about it today, and get it scheduled ASAP. Bummed and irritated.
