There was so much damage that the unit was unsalvageable. An estimator came out that same day to talk to me about replacing the unit. It was over 15 years old so I was kind of expecting it. My furnace definitely needed tending to, and I realize replacing them both at the same time is typically recommended. The estimator did not pressure me whatsoever and I ended up getting a quote for a furnace and AC unit replacement. The quote was thorough and after researching everything, I determined it was a fair deal. I went ahead with the purchase and they were out a few days later to get the job done. I cannot begin to tell you how incredibly professional and personable everyone was. They did a stellar job replacing everything and I had no idea how big of a difference this upgrade would make. Additionally, the small details didn't go unnoticed. The new vent going outside, the thermostat and even the Rumpca sticker on the ducts were level and neat. I love supporting small businesses and this one has been around for as long as I can remember. I highly recommend Rumpca Services!

With our history of water troubles in our house we elected to go with an actual company to install our dishwasher instead of the contractor through the store. I did some Yelpsearch and read some great reviews with Rumpca Services. It was a simple process scheduling our installation. The day of our installation we received a call from Rumpca and our installer Miles advising us that he was on his way. He was right on time. Installation went great and they even disposed of our previous dishwasher. We received an email the next day with our bill. Payment process was easy. In fact from beginning to end the entire process was smooth. I believe we have found a new company to work with for upcoming needs. Friendly and professional service from Rumpca Services.

I can't recommend Sparrow Plumbing and Valentino highly enough. They've been a lifesaver and saved…read moreme hundreds of dollars. The first job Valentino handled for me was repairing a leaking shower temperature regulator after another plumbing company had already made three separate visits and still failed to fix the issue. Valentino quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it correctly on the first visit, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was adjusted and working perfectly before he left. Since then, Sparrow Plumbing has been my first call for any plumbing need. They've handled everything from installing plumbing for a new washer and dryer to repairing my home's main water line. Recently, I discovered my home had excessively high water pressure. Sparrow Plumbing came out quickly, installed a new pressure-reducing valve (PRV), adjusted the pressure to a safe 70 PSI, and even replaced my main water shutoff ball valve at no additional charge. It's that kind of service that keeps me coming back. Every experience has been the same: honest advice, fair pricing, prompt service, and exceptional workmanship. It's rare to find a contractor who consistently delivers this level of quality and professionalism. The only thing I wish is that Sparrow Plumbing offered more home services, because I would gladly hire them for those too. Their plumbing work is absolutely top-notch, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Our normal plumber wasn't available and we couldn't find anyone that could come to take care of that before we left town until we contacted Sparrow. Came out that day and given the age of the heater we knew a new was gonna happen. And yeah, I'm the type thats suspicious of a craftsman that has immediate availability. Its usually for a reason. He came in and hauled the old one out and installed the new one and we haven't had any issues with it in the four months since the install. I had already researched what the price "should" be and he was in line with that. A bit of a talker, but cool, professional and did a quality job. Very happy with the result. Would use again.

So to experience the exact opposite of that with Champion Plumbing reinstates my faith in knowing there are still decent, professional and reasonably priced contractors in the Twin Cities. I would not hesitate to recommend Champion to any of my neighbors. Darnell was on time, courteous, and professional from beginning to end - he answered all of my questions, pointed out FYI's so I was aware of certain things about my new water heater, and provided a clear overview of Champion's MVP program. I'm sure these guys are scheduled for multiple appointments each day but Darnell never seemed rushed, I felt like he truly wanted to do a quality job, made sure everything checked out, and confirmed that I was satisfied with the installation. He completed the job from walk in/walk out in under 2 hours. Obviously no one enjoys shelling out money for a new water heater + installation. But if you have to, do it through a company like Champion. I'm glad I did.
