At the end of the day I feel like everyone I've talked to has no idea what they are talking about and will give you any excuse they can to try and get you out after you've paid and they all look at you like deer in headlights

I was able to drive straight into the service bay with no waiting. Manager Deign was clear in asking for information about the vehicle. Brittany performed most of the topside service while Parker was below the vehicle. I liked how they called out as to each service or check they were performing as it happened. After the oil change was done, Brittany showed me the oil dipstick for me to confirm the oil level was full. When the service was done, Deign called out each check and physically verified as another way to guarantee all services were performed and everything was tight and in its place. They did offer to perform additional services based on vehicle mileage or physical/tested appearance. I did decline because I am willing to change my own air filter and purchase my battery elsewhere. I have oil leaking on my garage floor, and my engine had oil flung on it and not wiped down after the service. I took videos as I will be talking to the manager Tomorrow. We took our car in for repair, and received a dirty loaner car from Meineke in Meridian. Later that…read morenight, I was looking for a place to put my purse when I found an empty beer can in the car. I called them the next day to tell them, and Jim denied any responsibility, telling me it was the fault of the past customers. When I told Jim it was illegal to drive around with an open container, he said no it wasn't, citing that people recycle aluminum cans all the time. That was a lie, since the open container (which I discarded) was in the front middle console. He treated me very rudely, said he was not going to adjust anything on the bill, that the dirty car with the beer can was not the fault of Meineke. They made sure to remind us over and over to fill up the tank, though. I politely said Thank you and hung up. Jim then proceeded to call my husband and yell at him, hardly letting my husband speak, yelling that he was not going to adjust our bill at all, that the dirty car with the beer can was not Meineke's responsibility whatsoever. I was to return the car at noon, but because Jim was so rude and unprofessional, I decided to wait for my husband to get off work before returning the loaner. Candiace was the only saving grace at this Meineke location. Because Jim apparently has a history of deceitful and abusive behavior, we will most definitely NOT be returning to this Meineke. There is no point in contacting anyone to "make this right", since he has been treating customers like this for a long time now. Meineke obviously has no interest in correcting Jim or retaining customers at this location.
