Wow! I am never disappointed in these hard workers here at this jiffy lube. I've been coming here since 2015, and they always take great care of me! I use to live in meridian but I moved to Boise and I live super close to a jiffy, but I do not like any other jiffy lubes! I will drive 15 mins for better customer service and harder workers. Jiffy Lube downtown Meridian is good. Had to get oil changed and a young lady works there. She was nice, professional and honest. She didn't try to push me into get anything additional to my oil change. Which is so nice cause normally the guys there think they can con you into get additional services added onto your oil change because you're a woman. The young lady was AWESOME! 12 hour trip to see my son. My maintenance light came on in my car. I just got my oil change last week back home at jiffy lube, so the light shouldn't be on. Either they didn't reset it right or my oil could be low. So I located the closest jiffy lube and stopped in. James came out to help me. He was awesome. He checked my oil and it was fine. Stopping in on a whim... just before a long drive... i decided to get my oil changed. They took me in immediately and did a once over on everything from fans to wipers... The cost was reasonable, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and everything was done as quickly as I could have hoped for considering I was running out of time for my trip. My mother went in for a quick oil change, but it was not quick at all. The oil change itself was fairly quick, but the guys there told her that her car battery was dead and that her back window wiper was broken. She had not had trouble with those things before coming here. She used the wiper yesterday, and it worked well; now, it doesn't work at all. We suspect the guys at Jiffy Lube scammed her and did something to the wiper. She left feeling taken advantage of. We are never going to Jiffy Lube again if we have a choice. read more

Decent service. Brand new car and was asked how my windshield wipers were working. Would have appreciated the thought if i didn't feel so "sold". Everything that was done was satisfactory but no great customer experience. A gal also getting her car serviced was in the waiting room. She told me when I walked in she thought I was an employee coming to sell her another service. read more

I asked my daughter to get her oil changed today. She went to this Jiffy Lube this afternoon. They told her she also needed transmission fluid. She said that was okay to do that. After they were done they gave her the bill. She called me in a panic. The bill was $440!! For a damn oil change !!! She NEVER authorized them to do anything else! They took full advantage of her! I've have never been so pissed off! And to top it off, my husband called to speak with the manager. He was a complete asshole! I will never again go to another Jiffy Lube! Guess it goes to show some people are just out to make money not to mention shitty service!!! read more

I was going to get an oil change done on my truck this morning, but when I pulled in I was greeted by the sound of a manager and an employee arguing and cussing at eachother. I was going to leave when I heard this because the manager in question began using racist and sexist language (i.e. the n word and the c word among others) and physically assaulted the employee. If that is what management thinks is an ok way to do business then they don't need my money. The way the manager spoke to that employee was enough to turn me off jiffy lube for life, but hitting an employee. Jiffy Lube, I hope you have a good lawyer because I'd file a lawsuit if it were me, and I encourage that employee to do just that. read more

I won't be returning to this jiffy lube....ever. I agree about feeling 'sold' but they couldn't handle the task at hand let alone up-sell. First off, I have gone to jiffy lube (different location) since I can remember for my service and I ALWAYS get full synthetic. When I pulled up I asked for them to do whatever was in the computer from last time. When I went to pay for my service I noticed there as no up charge for the synthetic. That was because they put regular oil and readily admitted that they didn't look at the previous service. Then asked me what would I like them to do?! My response... Fix it!! Oh but this one doesn't carry Pennzoil, although the signage (and even the sticker they put on my vehicle) states they do. That's the short version of a super frustrating experience. I'm glad there are other locations in the valley. I feel like two stars is generous but I am trying to give a little credit for fixing the issue as best they could. read more
