Every single person on the fantastic team of Manager Scott near Winco in Eagle rocks. I would give this location 10 stars if I could. They are consistently polite and professional, sure. But they also go that extra "mile" looking out for me and my vehicles. With zero sales pressure, they let me know what options are coming up for me and they have twice helped with tiny little maintenance things that I just didn't have the tools for. (Clearing out the driver's side wiper emitter was stellar)! Service is quick and efficient and they all seem to communicate with one another as well as with the customers. I'm sad to be moving away soon. Maybe I'll visit whenever I need an Oil change. These folks are stellar! read more

I was on vacation and felt my car wasn't running just right. I got a oil change and they check my fluids and also changed the fluid on my transfer case. Went to valvoline for an oil change for my diesel truck. This is my second time using this location and I can't be happier. Staff was courteous and thoroughly explained my service options without any up-sell pressure. I was more impressed with the high number of staff operating with military precision. Even with the face masks required due to the fake pandemic, I could sense their smiles beneath the company mandated masks. While the service was adequate listening to the constant attempts to up sell additional products and services, unfortunately common with these type businesses, can be a bit annoying and off putting. Additionally, though I did not notice it while I was there a closer inspection of the receipt later reveled that I was charged an additional $4.99 because I did not choose to go with the specific oil that they "recommended" choosing instead the oil I have been using in this vehicle since I have owned it. My Dad is a mechanic, so it's hard for me to let other people touch my vehicles. However we just moved into the area and aren't setup to do our own work yet. My wife's Expedition was super over due so I took it in this morning. Super cool concept, you don't even get out of the car. Austin helped me. He explained the whole process and all the things they were going to do. He asked several times if I had any questions. I asked them not to adjust my tire pressure because I like to keep them at a higher than factory spec pressure. He said that was not a problem. Whole thing took maybe 25 minutes. They were super thorough, they double check all the important stuff (literally two techs sign off) on certain parts. This should avoid anything getting missed. They offered me a number of services but were not pushy in any way. All in all. Fast, friendly, and thorough. Not sure what else you could really want. Prices are not super cheap but are reasonable. read more

Got serviced before a trip to Utah at Nampa location. They forgot to put dip stick back in . Lost all of oil engine and car are covers in oil, and ac shorted out cause of it. They are no leaving me with the mess to fix. read more

If you have anything nicer than a Honda, I do not recommend taking it to this Valvoline!! I've been a life long customer here, they've been changing the oil in 3 different cars I've owned for years.. I recently brought my 2010 Cadillac in for an oil change.. I was informed my front and rear differential fluid needed swapped. So after $300 of service, I leave the establishment, and the next day my rear diff is making terrible grinding sounds!! So I obviously take it to the Cadillac dealership to get it checked out, instead of back to Valvoline. Cadillac informs me that whoever put differential fluid, put a in the wrong kind, or forgot to put an additive in that my car needs. Mind you the whole time those boys were working on my car at Valvoline, I was getting hit on! So it wouldn't surprise me if they forgot the additive! I called Valvoline and told them my issue, expecting them to pay for their mistake that the dealership had to fix (for the same price might I add). And the manager I spoke to, Jonathan, completely denied it all. Refused to accept their mistake and stands by his word that they put the additive in, because it says so on my receipt. I paid Cadillac the $160 to drain and refill the oil, and BOOM! The noise is gone and my diff is fine again! So now I KNOW that it was Valvoline that almost ruined my vehicle!! And they won't return my money for potential damage, or even apologize! After YEARS of giving them my service and good review to everyone I know, I will NEVER recommend or use this business again! What a shame! All over a crappy manager, John. Big business to not refund someone a measly $160 and lose good business. read more

I have been using this location for five years for all my routine vehicle maintenance. I had always been pleased with the work and the polite workers. Just over two years ago I purchased a battery for my vehicle and was told it had a 7 year warranty. Well the battery completely died, left me stranded and required me to have my vehicle towed. After charging the battery to full power I couldn't drive from the shop to the location to see if I could get it replaced. I went to the manager and he said he would look into possible credit for my loss. After 3 days I gave up on trying to get anything from the Management. Very poor customer service and follow up. I will not list other problems that occurred but just say I am very disappointed read more

This place has unbelievably fantastic service! I can't say good enough things about this place, the gentlemen that did our oil change were sparkling with professionalism and explained every step of the oil change and thorough inspection included with it. We were done with getting an oil change and transmission flush in about 20 minutes and never had to leave the car! I usually do my own oil changes for $30 on "her" truck, but we were passing through halfway on a 7000 mile journey and needed a reliable service center. Used Yelp. Yelp users were right! Awesome service, smiles all the way. They even asked if I wanted the air in the tires at my pressure or the door sticker (loaded, high pressure tires with HD shocks so the door don't count). While it cost $70, I'm glad I chose VIOC. If ever in the area again, I WILL BE BACK!!!! read more

This was by far the best oil change experience I have ever had. I always have two young kids in tow and we got to sit and relax in the car, while they quickly performed the oil change and checked out my car. Josh, the tech was very informative and friendly and showed me where we could watch the oil change on the screen. ( kids loved this!) Been waiting for over an hour now, well over the "25 minutes" wait time. Workers seem to be moving at a glacial pace, or standing around patting each other on the back. If there wasn't 2 other cars behind me I'd leave. The only saving grace is the free wifi. read more
