The two staff members were not welcoming toward us and seemed bothered by even the simplest questions. Instead of taking a moment to explain things, they told us to "refer to the pamphlet," shutting down any attempt to clarify what we were looking for. For a place that's supposed to promote health and community, the lack of basic courtesy was really disappointing. First impressions matter, and this one made it clear that customer service is not a priority here. I won't be joining.

They give you glorified world of fitness and they tell you all the classes are free but they don't tell you that for all the classes you have to register ahead of time.. If you miss the registration deadline which is every 3 months then you cannot go to any classes. Some of the classes you have to pay money also though you are a member. When you go to become a member they don't tell you that you have to plan ahead to register for the class. Somebody like me who works in the hospital and my schedule varies cannot go to the classes because you have to register. When I signed up in June for membership, nobody told me that you have to register for class. It would be better if they have registration every month. So if you skip one month you can register in second month. It doesn't help when you have to register every 3 months. When I called staff was very rude. Though I paid a lot of money for my membership, they act like we are going there for free. The staff is really rude. When you call they don't say please wait there is one person ahead of you. They just say hold on and they start music. When I called and asked for the classes the lady said I have been working here for long time and we always register for classes. They treat you very bad. It is very sad that Canton community became like this. I have lived in Canton for 27 years now. They need to train their employees how to talk and how to be nice with everybody.

This park is a hidden gem! As a part-time photographer, I wish this place would have more exposure…read morebecause I kept seeing great photo locations. Maybe it is more known to local Ann Arbor residents, but I wish I had known about it sooner! I appreciated all the trails being clearly marked with signage and wooden paths. We went on a shorter trail and a longer one. The shorter one was just a loop and took maybe 5 minutes and the longer one we had to turn around because we were running low on time. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want to embrace fall season in Michigan. The paths take you through gorgeous trees, across bridges, and wind around different bodies of water. We also saw 2 deer right by the path. Amazing! It was quiet and peaceful and scenic through the whole park! I will definitely be begging my friends/clients to take photos here and also come back for long yap sessions with friends! I'm not a big outdoorsy person but this park made me want to be!

The path is paved, making it easy to navigate. The trail views are very scenic l. I love biking through the woods and seeing all the wildlife. There's a cool interactive water pump/art display kids and adults can hand pump water into and see the water flow down into the stream. There's a special trail called the Post Trail just for walkers (no jogging/biking and no dogs) that you can explore the woods with. There is a convenient parking lot and bathroom for visitors as well. Great park, will definitely be back!

I'm sure that there is a dress code written in an Employee Handbook somewhere, but it is NOT BEING ENFORCED. I hope that I NEVER HAVE TO RETURN TO the northwest activity EVER AGAIN.

AAA Zero Rating…read more Scenes of Chaos + Disorder Tapes preventing your entry or exit are truly bizarre and confusing, leaving cars to head straight for you coming down the wrong sode of the road because the lack of managerial skills here are on display for themselves. I have never seen anything so awkward in my entire life. You are not the only hotel on the planet with a road, but you are the king of chaos. AAA deals with roads. And check oit these roads. The Incompetence on display here speaks for itself. its as if though PUNKED show on MTV was tasked with blocking path of hotel guests walking into and out of the hotel. Blocked. Driving into and out of the property. No guides - no signs - noexplanations. Clearly the staff in charge of this has no idea what rhey are doing, posing a significant liability to the safety of guests. AAA would be wise to know this is not even basic competence. Who is minding the store here ? Who !? Did everyone just walk off their job ? This is the horror show greeting a AAA hotel guest ? AAA Hotel Ratings brining in folks would be wise to take a look at thesw scenes of chaos and disprder with no managerial oversight. All this random tape everywhere is like a mad demented clown were tasked with causing chaos and discomfort to guests. iIt is a chaotic scene reserved for clowns at a 3 rimg circus. Not for a hotel of class and competemce. See a single staff member here guiding you ? No. See any signs saying what is going on pr procidong guidance ? No. None. As if though someone who was fired, deliberately caused chaos, and walked off the job. This is hell on earth. You feel like a mouse in a maze. cant go left. cant go right. cars driving in opposite side the road veering on to you for a head on collission. Astoundingly bizarre and findamentally disappointing. This is mot how you run a hotel. This hotels chaotic scenes are puzzling and unacceptable. Very clearly the management is in need of being replaced. These scenes of chaos add to no ones enjoyment during their stay and serve to discourage any and all future visits. Take a good look. If this clown show is what you want for your special stay. Gross incompetence and managerial deficiencies make St Johns a special place to better avoid.
