This was Friday late afternoon for a Tuesday cleaning. This was not the most competitive quote but given the scope we thought it would likely be done correctly based on the quote we were given. The staff was great to deal with in person and on the phone. The workers showed up and provided their own supplies and equipment. All surfaces needed to be wiped down, including blinds, fixtures, baseboards and floors vacuumed and washed. Also requested inside windows and bathrooms cleaned. Wow! Great job!!! Looked fabulous and didn't have that overpowering chemical smell that certain products leave. Clearly respected the surfaces in our home. Booking regular cleanings going forward! Thank you Kyle!! I think it was cleaner than when we first moved in! No detail was left undone. They even folded up a pile of bed linens I had taken out of the dryer and left on a chair. I told them just to leave them, but when I came back to the chair after they had left, the linens were all neatly folded and stacked ready to go back in the closet. They didn't do the windowsills. They left a lot of baseboards untouched. The didn't clean the backsplash lips on the bathroom counters. They didn't clean the shelves in the closets. They didn't clean the tile around the outside of the shower. The best part was that I was told the oven couldn't get cleaner because the food had been on it for too long. My home was built at the end of 2023 and was lived in for only one year and the left vacant for one year. There is no way this oven cannot be cleaned and now I will have to do it myself once I move into the house, after I finish packing and moving. I understand maybe accidentally overlooking one or two things. But this was beyond ridiculous. I shouldn't have to babysit people to do their jobs correctly. I will never use this company again and I highly recommend finding someone else to clean your home if you want the job done properly and professionally.
