Excellent work.

Wow! Ace Roofing really saved the day for us during our home sale…read more We were in the middle of selling our house here in Austin when a roof inspection came back with a laundry list of repairs. After getting a few estimates, Ace Roofing was the clear winner. What really earned the 5 stars: The Price: Their quote was significantly more affordable than the initial inspection report estimates. It made a huge difference in our closing costs. The Owner Connection: I was impressed that DJ, the owner, actually came out to our house to meet us personally. You don't see that kind of local, hands-on service much anymore. The Paperwork: Garry, the project manager, provided full photos and documentation of all the work they accomplished. Having those photos to show the buyers gave them peace of mind that the work was done well. If you're looking for an honest, reliable roofer in the Austin area who won't overcharge you, definitely give these guys a call. So glad I reached out to them!

I had my roof done by WDR in 2021 and honestly everything during the install was fantastic. They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

I doubt I will though because these Malarkey Vista AR shingles you sold me are FANTASTIC!!!!

The door to door salesman read my sign that says NO Solicitations!, and STILL blatantly ignored it…read moreand proceeded to ring the doorbell early in the morning and bother me. There's literally a reason I have that sign up, which I don't need to go into. There's no damage to my roof whatsoever, and the fact he chose to ignore my sign is not only rude and disrespectful, but it shows his own ignorance. I would never choose a company that's so pushy and disrespectful to strangers let alone potential clients. He should be ashamed of himself for being rude and/or illiterate. If I (or anybody else) actually needed roofing services, then I would be the one contacting a roofer not the other way around. This company is garbage. I would give less than one star if I could tbh. Avoid!

The absolute BEST customer service from a trades company I have ever experienced in my 11 years…read moreliving in Austin. David & Bill's communication was top notch. Pricing was beyond fair - the most reasonable quote by a far stretch. Other companies were trying to charge 2-4 times the amount. David was the most thorough and knowledgeable person when looking at my roof leak. He was the only person out of 4 roofer companies to climb into the attic and find the source of water intrusion. He and his crew were even willing to work with my schedule and did the roof repair on Sunday. I feel so lucky to have given Bill & David a call to check out my roof issue. Jeremy came out the same day I contacted him and the rest was history. He basically handled everything, from meeting with the insurance adjuster to keeping me updated on the day to day work that his crew was doing. Provided an estimated time of completion and was done before his time frame. My roof looks great. Any questions I had even after the install Jeremy answered. Fast forward to the storms we recently had, my roof held up great but my fence that has been installed since 2009 did not. I reached out to Jeremy to see if he knew anyone who repaired fences and low and behold, his crew did. Once again, they were at my house next day. Gave me a quote and once again the rest is history. I've got a new fence. Better than the original one, good quality of work and it was done in a day. There were some minor touch ups that needed to be done the next day but overall the fence came out great. I am super satisfied with the service and would recommend Jeremy and Texas Roof Guys to anyone!

These guys are GREAT! And my experience with them didn't even have anything to do with roofing!…read more After the recent ice storm in Austin, my community, which is managed by an HOA, had tons of downed branches and trees like so many other neighborhoods in town. The HOA hired Jeremy and his crew to trim broken branches, clear driveways and common areas, and clean up and haul away all the debris. They did that in approximately a week-and-a-half. Our community looked so good, while neighborhoods around us have only just now -- 6 weeks later -- been cleaned up by the City. And those neighbors had to do their own tree trimming and hauling of debris. Our HOA and community couldn't be happier! So if their roofing expertise is even half as good as the work they did with tree trimming and such, you shouldn't be disappointed.
