They didn't call or send me a message to let me know they weren't coming. After the scheduled appointment time had already passed, they finally called, asked me a few questions, and then told me to find someone else. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I had arranged my schedule around this appointment and expected at least some basic communication and professionalism. If they were too busy to take the job, they should have told me beforehand instead of making an appointment they couldn't keep. Very disappointed with their lack of respect for customers' time. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Quality. That is the best word to describe Saber Roofing. This review is long overdue as we had…read moreRyan and team replace our 29 yr old roof late last year (Nov/Dec 25'). But it's also a testament that after almost a year in, we've had no issues whatsoever. From the site survey to Final inspection by the City, Ryan and team was there every step of the way. I'm not going to attempt to repeat what's already been said in all the 5 star reviews (which are all correct, but also repetitive). I am offering an alternative view if skepticism remains. The ultimate reason why we chose Saber Roofing, over other quotes that were at or below his quote, was because of the negative reviews. Stay with me here. When you have a multi-decade longstanding business, it is statistically impossible to maintain 100% satisfaction. If you want to understand trustworthiness or how the inner workings of a company is run at a glance, one must look at how the unsatisfied customers were dealt and treated. In all recent cases, you will see each and every claim was handled with compassion and respect with an intent to understand the issue, correct and better themselves going forward. That, IMO, is the hallmark of a great business to deal with. After starting the job, they solidified that hypothesis as I observed the attitudes & dispositions of those working in the "trenches" (or roof in this case). Everyday that the team showed up, all carried great smiles with positive team banter and a general sense of happiness being on site. This only happens when employees are treated well and with respect. We have dealt with numerous home projects in the past and can tell you this is a rarity. Will Saber Roofing be the lowest bid in your search? Probably not. Will they provide you the best quality and service? You bet.

I am very…read morehappy that I chose Saber Roofing for plenty of reasons. 1) The owner, Ryan, met with me to discuss the work and was very thorough and helpful in answering all my questions. 2) Important details were covered including adding a rain chain in a location where a downspout would have been unsightly (picture attached). Among the details, the rain chain is made of copper while the gutter is made of aluminum. Having these two metals come in contact could compromise the aluminum over time. So, Saber installed the copper rain chain with a protective barrier. 3) Their client service and sales director, Jake, was super helpful and extremely responsive to all my questions. 4) The crew was very efficient, provided high quality workmanship, and left the site spotless. 5) The gutter guards that were installed provide a really fine barrier to prevent even small debris from entering my gutters, but are easy to rinse so that fine particles can be washed through the gutters. 6) The two downspouts that were installed were matched to the color of our trim. Other companies offer limited colors or simply white downspouts, but Saber offers a wide variety. 7) Their pricing is very competitive. From end to end, this was a great experience and I highly recommend Saber Roofing.

And 2) Shahar was so kind, informative, and honest during our consultation. He was through and kept us updated every step of the way. When our project finally started the crew were so respectful and kind! We found way more damage than we expected which resulted in our quote going up. However, due to Shahar being honest at the consultation we knew this was a possibility so it wasn't super shocking. The crew was great at cleaning up at the end of every day, which we appreciate as we have chickens, ducks, a puppy and cat as well as a child who are outside. When the project was done, there were a few concerns we had, we talk to Shahar and he quickly corrected and had the crew fix the items. When you hire Miles, you aren't just getting a new roof but a reliable, long-term customer service…read morerelationship. I chose RE Roofing initially back in 2017 to reroof my home because Miles took the time to carefully evaluate my home's unique characteristics (partial flat roof, and partial cathedral ceilings) and craft a venting solution to address all of our moisture problems. Whereas the other companies seemed much less knowledgeable and mainly interested in getting in and out as quickly as possible. Since the reroof, I've had a couple leakage issues with our skylights and suntunnels (which I chose not to replace with the reroofing) and whenever I called Miles, somebody came out the same day to assess the issue and make temporary repairs until I could get a permanent fix for the skylight or sun tunnel. Most recently, I had an awning installed that attached to my roof, but the installers did a terrible job and the roof leaked thereafter. I was a little terrified that nobody would take a small roofing job, but I called up Miles again and he was great at diagnosing the issues and coming up with a custom solution in coordination with the awning installers. It's really great to see how committed Miles is to his customers. Highly recommended!

They also patched several other spots on the roof and we haven't seen any leaks since even with heavy rainfall. Highly recommend.
