In my industry we call this kind of installer a Hack! He was vey high priced to start for changing 9 door handle/ locks but I didn't really want to do it myself and as a tradesman I can appreciate that you get what you pay for. It is now Easter evening and I just got done fixing the third lock I HAVE HAD TO REPAIR since install. Screws are stripped and misaligned, left a giant screw sticking out of my security door. Then to top it off on install day he came to my house, gave me a quote, and then when I went to pay he tried to up his quote $125 dollars. Should have just done it myself. As many have said here, he was fast but it seems to me he should have taken a little more time to do the job right. I paid for quality not speed. read more
