SO GRATEFUL AND APPRECIATIVE!! First let me say, this is not a paid review, we are a legitimate customer. We hired Ron a couple of weeks ago to rekey 10 locks. He had originally quoted me for 8 locks because I forgot about two locks. He honored his quote even though there was additional work. He was efficient, professional affordable, and friendly. MORE IMPORTANTLY, we locked ourselves out of the house today after using a duplicate key made from a hardware store (didn't think to check both locks, only one). I chose Ronsmith Locksmith because his bid was much lower than the other bids on YELP (sometime something to beware of). He offered to come re-key 5 door for a particular price, then when he got here, he discovered I had 2 doors that "were different", so suddenly, he needed an additional $65/ door. When I told him I'd pass, he quickly agreed to do it for a lot less. He did do the keys quickly and got us just what we need.
