What was not OK is the tone in which he talked to my daughter in law. My DIL is black and in full view of the public he humiliated her and she was actually scared of him. She was glad when my daughter and SIL got there to take her and the children home. When we went to pay for the towing, about two words were exchanged. He added extra charges on the bill, for what I don't know. Our heads were still reeling from all that happened. If you need a tow call ANYBODY ELSE, not him.

(Good!) Work will cost $1,200 and approximately 2 days with the car. (I'm fine with that.) I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said sure, but don't have anything until a week later. (I'm okay with this, they are busy) That Monday comes up, my husband dropped off the car... I called Wednesday, to see if there was any updates, cuz he said 2 days he would be working with it. He said that the part was delayed, was supposed to come that Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I asked him if he did something in the car, like taking any parts out, at least, that once the part that needed to be replaced arrives it's just to replace and put everything back together. So, I called Thursday, and he said that the part he ordered, was not the one my car needed... So, my car was sitting there for 4 days!!!! He didn't call for anything. He never touched my car at all, every mess that I had in my car, was exactly as it was before. And I'm talking about the dash. The lack of communication is WILD!!!! I'm soo disappointed, because I get it... it's something that is a really hard thing to do, but if you are not capable and comfortable doing it, why you made me loose my time?

I went in the next day to pick up my car at 11:20am and there was a handwritten sign hanging on the window where the attendant is supposed to be saying "Be back at 1pm"... I called her and asked where she was, she told me she was "running errands". Long story short, this place won't last that long but I thought I'd throw up a review for the hell of it. The truck drivers are terrible workers too. Very unfriendly people. Enjoy business while it can.

I had a pretty bad experience with Dalton's towing. I had an unfortunate accident with my truck due…read moreto a burst brake line. Dalton's towed it back to their place while I tried to figure out where to send it. I let them know later in the day where I needed it sent and they assured me they would have it delivered the next morning if not by the end of the day. About a week goes by and I thought it was strange I hadn't heard anything from the garage where I had it sent. I called them and they told me it was never dropped off. I called Dalton's and they were very unprofessional. They didn't seem concerned at all that 7 days had gone by with my truck sitting in their lot when I had paid for it to be towed the next day. They made no offers to make this up to me. However they did ask who would be paying for the tow and storage fee. At this point, I had already paid almost 400 dollars for ZERO service and they had the nerve to ask for more money. I'm sure there's plenty of other reputable towing services in the area.
