With them missing or forgetting to do what we needed. Their resolution is "we will get that next time." Not just once or twice. At least the last 5 visits. Most recently we had a car inspection. Needed an oil change but they didn't notice, and didn't offer. Decided to take that car to dealership who happens to be on the same block as Daddario but much easier to get in and out of, plus the dealership is open on Saturdays. Anyway, we go in for an oil change and the mechanic noticed a hole in the tire. A dangerous hole that could cause a blow out on the highway. How did Daddario miss this in inspection? The car had recently hit a bad pothole in neighborhood, left behind by utility company. The inspection was immediately after that incident. I feel like Daddario is in too much of a rush or their mechanics are lazy. They've lost our business. The only reason it's 2 stars instead of 1, is because the guys on the phone and at the desk are friendly. But, yet no accountability for missing and forgetting things.

He then goes to tell me that would be 400 and something odd dollars to fix my water pump but had no information besides my transmission fluid being a little over. When I asked if there's some hole that the transmission fluid would leak out of if it were over filled he again had no answer for me he said he would have to put it back up on the Lift to figure that out. This is where I lost complete faith in this place as my original request was to figure out why was leaking transmission fluid here we are three weeks later with no information about my transmission fluid leak but apparently I have a bad water pump. I walk in the next day around 10 2 and told the two ladies at counter that I don't feel like this place is going to figure out my issue with my transmission and that I would like to take my vehicle. All of a sudden they had answers to why the transmission may have been leaking when the day prior the guy said it would take him until next weekend to get it back on the lift and now first thing in the morning they have an answer for me when I want to take my vehicle elsewhere. They charged me $55 to tell me absolutely nothing about why I left a puddle of transmission fluid in their parking lot. These guys are Crooks they're in it for money. They would rather make a few hundred dollars off of you in diagnosing absolutely nothing then actually fixing the actual issue. The professionalism here is out the window front counter girls who I believed to be the owner's daughter just laughed in my face and continues to try to talk over me when I had nothing else to say I just wanted my keys and to pay my bill and be on my way you don't just magically pull answers out of your ass when you don't have them unless you already have them. I was actually running a little late for my scheduled appointment, but luckily they were still able to get my car in right away. My car was finished being worked on by the time I finished my complimentary coffee in their waiting room. This was actually my favorite part of the visit because I had never had Girl Scout Samoa cookie coffee mate creamer before. Great Service and Great Rates!

Joe, the owner, answered the phone and I explained I was in need of an inspection cause I had let mine lapse. We were both able to laugh about the situation and he was able to squeeze me in the very next day! I dropped my car off at 7am and headed to work.. by 9am I got a call that it was complete! When I went in to pick it up he again joked with me and made light of the situation. Yoe Auto Service came recommended to me by a coworker and I couldn't have been more happy with the friendly service and timely manner in which he worked, though it was only for a state inspection I will certainly be back for all of my auto garage needs!

Early on Monday at about 7:30am called to leave a message thinking no one would be there, but they answered. He said bring it in, said he would try to fix it that morning. I expected to have to wait, extend my hotel stay or even worse rent a car to return to work in NEPA and come back for the car when it was finished. So, went out to the car to head on over to the shop and discovered a flat tire- seriously! Changed the flat, got to the shop, discussed the issue and they took it right in. I returned to the hotel via Uber. Three hours later they called and said it was all ready, I told them I'd Uber right over to pick it up. They said, don't Uber, we'll come get you! I was shocked. They picked me up, we settled the bill and I was on my way back home. The price was extremely fair, they didn't take advantage of an "out of towner" and they mounted and installed the new tire placing the spare and the tools right where they belonged when they could have just chucked the stuff in the trunk. Was in the area visiting friends when my Honda Pilot indicated that I needed an oil change. Having…read morea couple hours to kill I looked up local businesses to see if I could get my oil changed. This company said "sure" and I headed over. As I wasn't sure I could pick up the car by closing, I requested to pay up front and they could lock the key in the Pilot as I had a spare. Owner said no... they would just get my cc# over the phone. At first I thought he was kidding. He wasn't. I figured he was going to try to upsell filters or something to which I would just say no. That's exactly what happened and I said no thank you. I returned at closing to pay for my oil change and the bill is $93 and change...WTF!! Was expecting about $50. He said he used synthetic oil and some super duper filter even though I didn't approve either...nor did he ever even suggest those options. He apologized...assumed I wanted them. My fault for not insisting on a price up front but in my 65 yrs never had I so blatantly ripped off. $94 oil change...jeez... Stay away from this guy!
