(Good!) Work will cost $1,200 and approximately 2 days with the car. (I'm fine with that.) I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said sure, but don't have anything until a week later. (I'm okay with this, they are busy) That Monday comes up, my husband dropped off the car... I called Wednesday, to see if there was any updates, cuz he said 2 days he would be working with it. He said that the part was delayed, was supposed to come that Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I asked him if he did something in the car, like taking any parts out, at least, that once the part that needed to be replaced arrives it's just to replace and put everything back together. So, I called Thursday, and he said that the part he ordered, was not the one my car needed... So, my car was sitting there for 4 days!!!! He didn't call for anything. He never touched my car at all, every mess that I had in my car, was exactly as it was before. And I'm talking about the dash. The lack of communication is WILD!!!! I'm soo disappointed, because I get it... it's something that is a really hard thing to do, but if you are not capable and comfortable doing it, why you made me loose my time?

Brought my 05 Crown Victoria leaking rear transmission fluid and told them I had already paid a shop that said that they fix the issue but clearly they didn't so I tried Park Place out the technician saw the transmission puddle it left in his parking lot and yet I waited three weeks for him to tell me that my water pump has some play in it and had no information about why my transmission was leaking. He then goes to tell me that would be 400 and something odd dollars to fix my water pump but had no information besides my transmission fluid being a little over. When I asked if there's some hole that the transmission fluid would leak out of if it were over filled he again had no answer for me he said he would have to put it back up on the Lift to figure that out. This is where I lost complete faith in this place as my original request was to figure out why was leaking transmission fluid here we are three weeks later with no information about my transmission fluid leak but apparently I have a bad water pump. I walk in the next day around 10 2 and told the two ladies at counter that I don't feel like this place is going to figure out my issue with my transmission and that I would like to take my vehicle. All of a sudden they had answers to why the transmission may have been leaking when the day prior the guy said it would take him until next weekend to get it back on the lift and now first thing in the morning they have an answer for me when I want to take my vehicle elsewhere. They charged me $55 to tell me absolutely nothing about why I left a puddle of transmission fluid in their parking lot. These guys are Crooks they're in it for money. They would rather make a few hundred dollars off of you in diagnosing absolutely nothing then actually fixing the actual issue. The professionalism here is out the window front counter girls who I believed to be the owner's daughter just laughed in my face and continues to try to talk over me when I had nothing else to say I just wanted my keys and to pay my bill and be on my way you don't just magically pull answers out of your ass when you don't have them unless you already have them. I was actually running a little late for my scheduled appointment, but luckily they were still able to get my car in right away. My car was finished being worked on by the time I finished my complimentary coffee in their waiting room. This was actually my favorite part of the visit because I had never had Girl Scout Samoa cookie coffee mate creamer before. Great Service and Great Rates!

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was draining coolant at a rapid rate. It was about 10 till 5 PM. Den's service center came up as the closest to me. I called so that I could get my car towed back home. The receptionist was very polite, took my information and within about 20 minutes they were there to pick me up. The tow truck driver was courteous, took special care in loading my car, and provided me with great conversation on the 30 minute ride home. The towing charge was fair and what I expected for the distance. I would highly recommend them for towing services.

I took my car into the garage and they told me my wheels were inwards and said on all four corners that I needed shock and struts all the way around. I then got prompted with my bill and it was over $1000. All I needed were tires. I took it to my local guy, put it on the lift and showed me how good condition my suspension was in. All I was charged was for the inspection from my guy. Please don't go here unless you know you only need some cheap tires, nothing else, I wouldn't even get your tires mounted here, seriously get a second opinion, these shops are scamming everyone nowadays.

Well 5 weeks later I have heard NOTHING from them. So I called them and the guy didn't know anything but would check with the manager and get back to me by end of day. I almost laughed at that comment. They never called me once over 2 months. Never. And he also said "well the manager just got back from vacation" - Hysterical LOL!!!!!!!!!
