(Good!) Work will cost $1,200 and approximately 2 days with the car. (I'm fine with that.) I asked if I could schedule an appointment, he said sure, but don't have anything until a week later. (I'm okay with this, they are busy) That Monday comes up, my husband dropped off the car... I called Wednesday, to see if there was any updates, cuz he said 2 days he would be working with it. He said that the part was delayed, was supposed to come that Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning. I asked him if he did something in the car, like taking any parts out, at least, that once the part that needed to be replaced arrives it's just to replace and put everything back together. So, I called Thursday, and he said that the part he ordered, was not the one my car needed... So, my car was sitting there for 4 days!!!! He didn't call for anything. He never touched my car at all, every mess that I had in my car, was exactly as it was before. And I'm talking about the dash. The lack of communication is WILD!!!! I'm soo disappointed, because I get it... it's something that is a really hard thing to do, but if you are not capable and comfortable doing it, why you made me loose my time?

Some couldn't get to it for 2 days. I stopped at J & K Towing as shop number 5. They took me right in. The were friendly, knowledgeable and determined the leak was the hose, not the water pump. They saved me from having to rent a car to get home about forty miles. Can't say enough about my positive experience.

Yeah, you guessed; she was flat as a pancake, but I was able to wobble my Kia over to Hoovers Farm Market. I called my car insurance and asked for a tow - you don't have roadside service on your car insurance; What the heck?? I'm googling (wishing I could just shop at Hoovers), saw good reviews from JK Towing, asked for the price (which I felt decent); how long will it take you to get to me (25ish minutes - doable); called Costco and said I'll be there within the hour; they're like; yeah right. Sure enough, got picked up within the time frame promised. Costco was a mad house of crazed Thanksgiving shoppers, but this guy was very patient and weaved his truck/my car and was able to park it in the designated tire parking spot, with swift expertise.

If she does not want to be professional or polite it would be in her best interest to find a different line of work. I attempted to get my car inspected but am having issues with the emissions and was unable to get it inspected that day. I never received an invoice. When my son resigned a week later, the amount I owed the garage for an inspection that was not able to completed at the moment was deducted from his final pay. I can reimburse my son however, I would think the business would send an invoice to the person who owns the vehicle especially since I (THE CUSTOMER) called to schedule the inspection. Who deducts the amount a CUSTOMER owes the business from an employees paycheck? (I can only imagine while working at a bank that a family member doesn't make their loan payment and my employer decides to take it out of my check?!?! Seriously??!) After reading reviews on their website, yelp and the BBB I am more than happy to never step foot in the garage or to have to see or speak to the unhappy miserable "owner" ever again.
