So I told them to put me on the list and that I was going to try to reach another locksmith as I was supposed to be at work! I did call the other locksmith in the area, no answer for one, and the other one answered and told me that his technician would be reaching out to me. When the 45 minutes came up, Tom had called me back from Hoosier Locksmith and said that he was five minutes away, he showed up, he was professional, courteous, and very nice. Overall, even helped me look for my keys in the car when they were not where I thought they were going above and beyond.
