I am new to the area and recently purchased a home, the previous owners had given me the wrong keys and I was not able to contact them. After getting tired of going through the garage to get in, I contacted Hoosier Locksmith Service. The disparch person was very professional and reassuring. My Locksmith was Eric (shoutout), he was very professional, he kept me posted on his ETA as he was handling a prior job that was complex. Eric explained the type of lock, and the proper does and don'ts of securing the door as pulling the door to lock, caused the bolt to hit the strike plate instead of seating in the slot meant for it. He had ne lock and unlock the door on both sides of the door. Eric is truly a SMA (Subject Mater Expert) as I'm sure the other locksmiths at Hoosier are as well. I would definitely recommend Hoosier Locksmith. They were courteous and professional from the initial phone call to the installation of my locks. Aaron was sent to my home to replace my backdoor locks. He took the time to call me prior to coming out to discuss my situation and confirm his ETA. The service we received from Aaron was top-notch! I wasn't at home and a family member had locked herself out in the rain. So, I had to do everything by phone. I called the company after hours on a Friday, and they had Aaron give me a call back and work out all the details. He showed up at the house within 10 minutes and got the stubborn door unlocked and opened. He then called me back and I was able to pay over the phone, since I wasn't at the house. I never leave reviews good or bad i just dont like wasting my time. Though i had never recieved better customre service then i did from Tony from Hoosier Locksmith. I googled locksmith near me and first three didn't answer then the fourth said it would take 30 minutes and then Tony answered and gave me all the info all i neeeded. Dan is the man! Apartment near me had an incident so I wanted a deadbolt. He was up front about prices and called when he was close and gave an accurate ETA. He showed up tighten some other locks and had my new lock in and working in less than an hour. My girlfriend and I are both disabled and Dan was very accommodating.
