So I told them to put me on the list and that I was going to try to reach another locksmith as I was supposed to be at work! I did call the other locksmith in the area, no answer for one, and the other one answered and told me that his technician would be reaching out to me. When the 45 minutes came up, Tom had called me back from Hoosier Locksmith and said that he was five minutes away, he showed up, he was professional, courteous, and very nice. Overall, even helped me look for my keys in the car when they were not where I thought they were going above and beyond. However, when I went to pay, they charged me $134. Wow! I was shocked at paying more than three times as much. I told them I was quoted $40, but they disregarded my complaint. I had no choice but to pay it. I am disappointed in this lack of integrity and the worst part was they were highly recommended by another business to be good and reasonably priced. Not my experience. Be careful about this con.

The repairman was there for about 7 minutes, charged $150.00 to say the opener is old and I should keep it until it stops working completely. Their labor rate must be between $900 -1000.00 per hour Then gave a $674.00 quote for a new opener and asked if I wanted to replace the opener. As he did not actually do any kind of service or repair, what was I charged $150.00 for? Obviously, I will not be using this company again as they lack ethics and integrity. Garage door openers are about $140.00 - 175.00 at most hardware stores. Why would I pay this company almost $700.00? Update: No one stated that I would be charged $150.00 just to have your person show up and do nothing. How do you stand by that kind of 'pricing'. That is called fraud and unethical. Nathan C obviously is okay with ripping off a potential customer. His comments prove that the company doesn't care about customer satisfaction, value or integrity.

The owner refunded 100 dollars and never took any responsibility for bad workmanship on the part of this employee; they failed miserably.
