Initial Review: Driver arrived and demanded an extra $30 cash fee to move my car from my garage to…read morethe street, despite me informing the company beforehand that it was in the garage. I declined and offered to push it out with my brother. The driver instead pushed it out himself and later demanded payment, which I again refused. He acted hostile, refused to let me ride with him, and made the experience unpleasant. This was my first tow and the lack of upfront communication, along with the aggressive attitude, makes me confident in saying I'd never recommend this company. Update: After posting this review, the manager called and apologized for the driver's behavior. He explained that charging to move the vehicle so it can be towed is against their policy. He also said they'd reprimand the driver and install dash cams on all their trucks to make keep their drivers accountable. While I appreciate the apology, it came across more like damage control than a genuine effort to understand what went wrong or prevent it from happening again. It felt like pressure to get me to change my review, not true accountability. That said, I'm updating this to two stars because I hope this isn't how the company normally operates. If they follow through on these changes and more customers share positive experiences, they may well deserve a second chance. For now, this is still my experience, so keep it in mind if you're considering their service.

My husband fortunately was able to move it out of the ticket booth line. Needing towing or roadside assistance on a Sunday is a truly impossible feat. This wasn't my first rodeo with not having towing/roadside help available on Sunday. Thankfully, Q Roadside picked up right when I called, told me how many batteries, etc. he had available and got in touch with my husband immediately. Thankfully, our minivan was towed and is now being worked on. To add to the cars just want to break down party, my husband's car was sitting in our garage not starting up. We informed Q Roadside of this. In addition to helping us with our minivan, he jumped my husband's car, monitored it, and even offered to come back if it didn't start again after the jump. Truly exceptional service on a Sunday (when our suburban fleet of vehicles like to break down)! I will call on Q Roadside again in a heartbeat if we're ever stuck in this situation again. He was fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful.

From the moment the technician showed up, it was clear I was dealing with a true professional. He knew exactly what he was doing, worked efficiently, and handled the situation with confidence, which immediately put me at ease. What stood out even more was the level of courtesy and care. The technician was extremely polite and respectful, and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. Since it was cold outside, he actually encouraged me to sit somewhere warm while he worked on my car, which I genuinely appreciated. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a stressful situation so much better. I highly recommend Demi Roadside Assistance for their fast service, professionalism, and genuine concern for their customers. A personal go to from now on. Thank you
