I've come here twice now because I'm near by. I was told he couldn't program my key fob because…read moreit's from China. He would only program it if I bought one of his remotes then I asked for the cost. I said would be $100.00 . He said oh it will be well over $100 .00 plus the re- program fee. I said thank you and left. I went to my other place that was 30 min a way and they programmed it for $20.00 . l was trying to give a local company business but never again. I will not recommend them to anyone after this experience. This is second time it's happened. He either didn't know how to do it or he must of just been try to make money off his customer .

So I told them to put me on the list and that I was going to try to reach another locksmith as I was supposed to be at work! I did call the other locksmith in the area, no answer for one, and the other one answered and told me that his technician would be reaching out to me. When the 45 minutes came up, Tom had called me back from Hoosier Locksmith and said that he was five minutes away, he showed up, he was professional, courteous, and very nice. Overall, even helped me look for my keys in the car when they were not where I thought they were going above and beyond. Tom of Hoosier arrived within 40 minutes (after a 20 minute drive) and started by trying the key in the lock himself. It worked! It hadn't for me the half-dozen times I'd tried it before and after calling Hoosier. He cleaned the lock and it worked fine, saving me the expense of buying a new one. He charged only a service fee, which I was happy to pay.
