Ronco Trailers just made my day!!! Thank you so much for helping to fix my bike rack. These guys are awesome. They didn't hesitate to have me come in and assess the issue. It was an easy mystery fix and the rack is now functional. I had damaged it in a steep driveway and it wouldn't fold up anymore. I had bought it and got it installed at a Uhaul but they wouldn't even call me back to look at it. This weekend I have a big MS fundraising ride coming up and now I'm a lot safer on the road. I was refered to Ronco by my brother in law to get some work done on my 500 gl smoker trailer, rusted hinges etc. The repairs were done faster than expected and the quality of work was beyond my expectation. I was so impressed I brought my horse trailer in for some repairs too, again their work outstanding and price very fair. I have a 2024 travel trailer I purchased new from a dealer. Last week I serviced the hubs and discovered my front right electric brake was not functioning. The brake pads, magnet and drum lining looked nearly brand new. I do not believe it worked leaving the factory. I completed the repair on my own. Since this was the first time I've serviced hubs, I wanted someone to check my work. I searched the web and located Ronco Trailers and service. I called and spoke to Enzo. He had availability right away (unlike the trailer dealership). I took the trailer to their shop (easy to get to and plenty of space to maneuver). Enzo checked the brake system and explained how the system functioned. I offered to pay for his time, but he refused. Bottom line was that I received great service and left with a much better understanding of a critical system on my trailer. Next time I need trailer service or parts, I will go to Ronco. read more

I've read the complaints about the owners attitude and demeanor . Ok, so he's a little rough around the edges. I found some common ground , struck up a nice conversation and got a good deal when all the other dealers in OC and IE were sold out . Be nice to him, talk about how great Chevy trucks are and you'll be happy in the end. Not all small business owners who operate one-man shops are able to give you "Nordstrom" service. They are just trying to make a buck and survive . Help a small business owner . p.s. Respect his orange cones and park outside his lot. Unfortunately we didn't see the other poor reviews prior to visiting this business so if you are BEWARE. The owner is horrible ! They advertise with offering financing and had us schedule an appojnt. when my husband mentioned it when he got there they said they "don't do that right now" and told him he could go somewhere else. AFTER my husband had already left the owner had the audacity to call him and tell him the trailer was just sold and not to come back! Super rude. I pulled up to where the trailers were. There were orange cones all across the drive through. I saw several parking spots out front of an industrial building none of which I could see Roncos name so I called. A male answered "trailer sales". I said hi are you guys open today? He said yes. I said oh I saw the orange cones and wasn't sure. He said there were 30 parking spots out front...one of those should work for you". It wasn't so much what he said but how he said it. Very condescending attitude as if to imply I was an idiot. I've never been here before. Well I laughed and said "that's nice" and I said goodbye and he said "uh huh". Needless to say I didn't even go in and I was prepared today to get some help and possibly buy a trailer but they can rot in hell before I'll give them my business. All prices advertised on craigslist require you to pay green cash. If not add more then 6% to the price, plus sales tax which must be also paid in green cash. The owner Ron pretends to just be an employee and claims the company pays an 8% processing fee to take credit cards. They won't budge and it's a bait and switch operation. This company is horrible, I've been researching for about 6 months to get a nice trailer for my family to tow a new polaris. I called last week stating what I wanted and if they told me they have it in stock So I asked the man by the name of RJ who was very short , disrespectful and disingenuous said I don't quote prices and it's meaningless to email. They don't answer their phone and they're not open when they claim to be open. I have travelled a distance 6 times to make another purchase, but the gate is locked and no phone response. On their website they say that they don't like to make deals over the phone so "just come on in". Well, I've done that. Their lights are on and you can hear them working but they refuse to acknowledge that I'm at the gate with a handful of money. It's a shame because they carry quality trailers. I've purchased 3 trailers from this family operation in the past 10 years, and have been extremely happy with the craftsmanship and durability throughout the years; they last! So when I decided to take on another hobby (jet skiing), I knew I needed a trailer. I went in last week to see if they sell jet ski trailers but was kind of bummed when I found out that they don't sell watercraft trailers. So I purchased one elsewhere. After looking at the quality between the two, Ronco trailers are built much better! Hopefully they will consider watercraft trailers in the future. read more

I was looking for a 5X8 trailer as shown on their site. When I arrived, I was told the 5x8 trailer they had for sale at that price was a broken-down wreck of a trailer and the ad was for the broken-down one despite what is on their site for landscape trailers. read more

The trailer is well made. I knows I was buying a budget trailer, but when I got back to my house $1,400 later, I realized the painter should be fired. They use the cheapest Home Depot paint possible, without painting the under carriage, leaving exposed metal and wood that would rot within a month. In result, I had to remove all the wood, paint it correctly, and re-install everything just so I could get my moneys worth. read more
