Tim Mencel, the owner, is very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. We had to move the appointment around which could have been frustrating, however, he was a very fast communicator and very flexible during the scheduling process. He showed up right on time, got to work right away & had our issue fixed within two hours. Our RV air-conditioning unit needed a few parts which he had, and we are up and running again, with the air blowing super cold!! He sent pictures throughout the process and described the issues which helped us understand the problem and what he was doing to get fix it! It was really great that he had the parts on his truck! He noticed a couple of small things that would make our unit work better, and fixed those without charging us (BONUS) he also took the time to educate us about our A/C unit, and how to run it the most effectively, as well as provided an education for a few other things on our RV not related to the AC. We had what we thought was a serious electrical issue that could be disastrous. I needed someone right away. Tim literally canceled other less urgent appointments and was at my RV in about two hours. His emergency call fee was very fair and I was happy to pay it. He efficiently checked my entire electrical system and found that we had not done any major damage. Turned out to be some loose brick (not sure what that is) in the rear converter. Jake explained the process for the repair and how he would inspect the front converter to be sure it was fine. Price was very reasonable! I was on my way to work within an hour. Experience was great from the first phone call with Brett to the repair completed by Jake. Each time, I waited and never received the follow-up I was promised. Brett repeatedly told me they would have to go through "a thousand receipts" to find mine. To me, that shows how unprofessional and unorganized this business is. A customer shouldn't have to wait almost two months because a business can't properly locate its own sales records. I would strongly recommend that people do not purchase a catalytic converter from this business. Based on my experience, they do not honor their warranties. What's the point of offering a warranty if, when there's a problem, the customer gets the runaround for months? I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I gave them plenty of time and multiple opportunities to resolve this, and nothing was done.

All the camper conversion companies I called were booked out months, if not years, because of the pandemic (everyone wants a camper these days!). Martin was able to fit me in and WOW - I really hit the jackpot with him. Turns out, whoever had built my van had no electrical training and likely just learned about electricity in a few youtube videos. It was a huge fire hazard and pretty dangerous. And on top of it, it didn't work. Martin was able to rewire everything and ground the electricity. This guy knows what he's talking about and knows what he's doing. It's been almost 8 months now, and I have had no trouble at all with the electricity. I use my camper van for my business and I needed a way to stay cool inside of it during the hot summer. Once again, Martin went above and beyond - researching all the various ways I could get AC into the camper. In the end, the solution was brilliant. He was able to install an AC in such a way that it barely takes up any space, looks clean, and works great. AND - on top of it all - it works on solar! So it's eco-friendly. Long and short of it: If you need something for your camper or RV and are willing to be a little patient (remember that because of the pandemic, all the RV places are slammed!), Martin and his team are phenomenal.
