When I called the next morning, Scott had already brought my bike into the shop and assessed the situation. Scott replaced the tire I needed, provided a test drive to make sure that everything was functioning appropriately, and was kind enough to provide the best spot for A/C in the shop while I waited.

The phone was answered unprofessionally with "Roanoke Cycle Sports, last chance." I addressed the unprofessional greeting and was hung up on. I have never posted a review for anything, but this experience certainly has beat any I have ever had as a customer, in all the wrong ways.

He didn't just stop and help me, he asked me to come to his shop and let him look at it. He went to the point of making sure my tires had the right PSI. Eric showed me some tips and trips and gave me knowledge on proper maintenance of my motorcycle to avoid future issues. At the end he didn't even charge me, just wanted me to have a safe trip. Thats customer service.

I went back a few days later to buy a jacket and I was told I should get a 10% discount because of a group I belong to. Zack again interfered and said they no longer offer discounts for MSF and I had to pay full price. This location would be much better off without this guy... I bought my bike in Lynchburg and they were great to deal with!!!

Despite my instructions to not warehouse order any tires manufactured more than 1 year ago, I paid top dollar and received (installed) front and rear tires with old manufactured dates. The front was slightly over a year which is a miss, but survivable; the rear tire was 4.5 years old from the mfg. date! At that age, oxidation is already a potential grip issue. Despite multiple inquires and some options from me, they basically told me "too bad". So if you ride hard, on winding roads, well, good luck with tires from RVHD.

I felt like things were going awesome. I was contacted fairly quickly about my finance application and was impressed with what I was offered. I decided that I would make the 8 Hour drive and purchase my motorcycle from Frontline Eurosport when I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted by name without Pat, even knowing who I was felt like I was in the right place I was able to test drive when other dealers simply wouldn't allow. The test drive along with Pat's knowledge really is what set things apart for me and made my overall decision when I met with Parts for the additional accessories I wanted I was given a nice discount complementary after purchasing a new unit. Nice perk! Chris, the finance manager he really made it all happen and come together at the end getting Parts to be as flexible as possible. Chris was awesome. Had a redhead daughter like my own that I brought with me. I think it's really nice when employers are able to accommodate children being in the workplace when needed! Overall, I had a great experience. I honestly wish the dealership was closer as I really would like to purchase another bike before too long! If ever in the area, please don't hesitate to stop.
