We talked about what I wanted to do to a bike, he offered his advice on my plans, and we came up with what was going to be an awesome motorcycle. I found the bike I wanted, bought it, commissioned some work, and the work was unparalleled in craftsmanship and quality! Unfortunately before it could be finished, a man caused me to wreck my beautiful machine. As I laid there on the asphalt with my arm shattered, I called my Dad to tell him I'd had a wreck. 5 minutes after talking with my Dad, Hank Thibodeau was at my side checking on me! That is something that I will never forget and goes well beyond customer service...that's what a friend would do! Long story short, the bike was totaled, my arm required a couple of surgeries, and the court settlement took almost 18 months to get; but I finally got a new bike in August and it is at Widowmaker Custom right now getting some work done!
