I going to try and simplify my experience and keep it as brief as possible but ultimately if you're…read morea first time customer BEWARE of this garage. I might be overthinking it but if my theory is correct then they will try and take you for all your worth and hope that you're dumb enough to come back. I'll explain: I brought my 2007 mini coop to them on August 27th. That was a Saturday. Long story short, I broke down at work, I needed a place to send it, and my really good friend that took time out of his day to check out my car recommended them. Plus my manager (that I also trust completely) uses Meadows religiously. Both are thinking twice after my first and last experience that has been a nightmare going into it's second month. Now I could chalk it up to an honest mistake but the lady running the front desk? Stephanie? Britney? Heather? Whomever she is held very little regard for my grievances and basically tried to gas light me instead of admitting that any wrong could have been done on their part. I wasn't experiencing my experience and her truth was the only one that mattered. Back to the car- I drop it off. I call and leave a brief message because I want them to know who I am, how to get in touch with me, and what my friend believed might have happened. Which was either a crack where the coolant goes because it was leaking badly or he said it was possibly the hose. I hunker down and wait for the following week to begin. I am not a patient person but I was so incredibly understanding when the part that they needed took three weeks to arrive. Again I placed my trust in professionals no matter how misguided. I get my car back on the 16th of August. Everything us running fine until Thursday night and the coolant light flicks on again. Bright red. The same way it had when it broke down. Immediately I am pissed but I wait til morning knowing I needed an oil change. I pop into Jiffy Lube as they were nearby and I just needed someone to tell me what was going on. They tell me the mechanic isn't in today and they will check it out. Not a single certified mechanic present and it took all of 5 minutes under my hood for them to tell me that my serpentine belt is shredded, my alternator is giving out, and my battery is completely dead. Also that the coolant and my new hose were probably the result of the serpentine belt. Meadows looked as far as I told them to on my car and as far as I can tell they didn't look any further. I believe a simple diagnostic would have told them what the deal was or at least the potential for what happened a week after I gave them a 662 dollar check to basically send my car to a different garage. When I explained this to the desk lady. She immediately told me and I kid you not. "You told us what the problem was and we fixed it" and I said "No you did not" I explain that the coolant light came on bright evil red like it originally had and the coolant level had gone down substantially after checking it within a couple of hours. I then asked "Why didn't anyone look for an underlining problem" because from my new found understanding the serpentine belt in like the God line. Once it's ready to go then everything starts falling down like domino's. The coolant AND my new hose were just symptoms of the original disease. She proceeded to admit like it was just normal for mechanics to ignore everything else in the car while only tending to the one thing that the costumer (nonmechanic) said could be wrong. Her words "You told us that you thought your coolant tank had a crack and WE found out you needed a new hose. We got the hose and we put in on. Test drove it and it was fine. You didn't ask us to look for an underlining problem." To say that I was flabbergasted by this small confession of negligence is to say the least. At this point I'm telling her they did not fix anything. They put an almost 700 dollar bandaid on something that should have been seen by professionals. Her inability to apologize, admit wrong doing, and even though I knew it was a stretch to even agree that I deserved a partial refund. I told her from the get go I just wanted the situation addressed and rectified. I would never ask for a full refund. I know there was an unspoken agreement but to deny that I even deserved a partial refund and to pretty much deny my actual reality while putting some egotistical spin on it was pretty much like a poorly trained mechanic trying to work me over. In short, this place is a fraud. That woman is incorrigible and by far the worst customer service representative I have ever experienced in my life. I feel that her behavior alone validates the negligence. Only someone so wrong could truly believe that they did me a favor. Their job was to provide a service and they failed. End of story. To have someone as unprofessional as that woman run a desk and phone is also pure negligence on the person that owns that garage. BEWARE AND JUST GO ANYWHERE ELSE ENTIRELY!

The waiting area is clean, bathrooms clean and the staff is kind and friendly. Most of all the owner is HONEST and fair. They don't overcharge and they don't fix something unless necessary.
