I was told by Corey that they would help with repairs. I emailed my receipts and have now been told that Corey was fired (hard to believe because he's 4th generation Milam) Kenny won't respond now. These people are truly scammers. I was promised by the owner son Corey that if anything that goes…read morewrong with the truck in the first 30days they would take care of it. Corey went to the extent of evening showing me that a customer that had a issue with his engine having lost oil pressure. They rebuilt the engine for him.So he said. So that prompted me to go forward deal in purchasing the truck. Well, it took over a week for me to even, be able to receive the truck. Which cost me money. So after months and months of playing phone tag or not getting my phone call answered at all, once they knew that it was me calling. Then I was referred to someone named Kenny, which who was even more of a liar. The very first day I worked the truck the bed wouldn't lift up. I live over 200 miles away and couldn't take a loaded truck back to Virginia to get the repairs done so they told me to take it to the shop and they will take care of it. That's what I did. The first repair cost over $6000. I told cory and Kenny how much the truck cost to get it repaired. Kenny hung up on me. He said I'm not paying for anything. The repairs didn't stop there. I spent a over $15,000 within several weeks of having the truck. This was about seven months ago, and yet I have been hung up on and lied to even more. The sad thing about this is I have a video recorded the ower son promising to fix any repairs . I will be seeing them in court. The only thing the guy named Kenny keeps saying is "he doesn't know why Corey keeps telling people that they will repair the trucks they sale". If I would have known that in the beginning I wouldn't have purchased the truck at all. He doesn't understand that's what the owner son Corey assured me before I even purchased a truck that they would take care of me and now I see it's far from the truth . I would never purchase a truck from these people ever again. Now I wish I looked at their reviews before considering purchasing a truck from them. This has taught me a powerful lesson. That look at businesses reviews before spending any amount of money with th'em. Just like the other reviews say they are scammers. All of them!!

Others said they couldn't help until 1 am or the next day (Love's and TA). It's unsafe to be on the side of the road that long, needless to say. Our knight in shining armor's name was Andrew. He came, changed the hose and refilled antifreeze, and he made sure everything was done quickly (half hour) and thoroughly. Got us back on the road by 9 pm. He was knowledgeable, confident, polite, friendly and had empathy. Billing process was easy and quick. Received a printed invoice right there on the spot.
