To make matters worse, their brushes removed a chunk of paint from my front bumper. The damage is smooth and feathered, clearly consistent with something rubbing against it in a circular motion. When we brought this to the manager's attention, he showed us a blurry photo with no timestamp and from an incorrect angle, claiming there was no damage. We've been customers since they opened, but the quality has noticeably declined. The vacuums often barely work, and customer service is clearly lacking. This experience was unacceptable, and we will be escalating the issue to corporate.

After dealing with broken coin machines, poor suction vacuums, falling apart equipment, and getting intimidated/solicited while trying to wash my own vehicle....today was the last straw. Today I was kicked out for bringing a *Bucket* with soap and a clean mitt to wash my 16-year-old BLACK car. I asked the worker why it would be a problem if no one was waiting on me and I am either paying *double* start up fee for the water or the meter is running - should it not be my time? I am not bothering anyone else! He should be glad I come here and put in money.... He still said I had to leave and could not wash here. Pointing to cameras and a sign. So I quietly left and said I would simply take my business elsewhere. I am not sure why this is a problem here. Especially since: 1) I pay more 2) visit frequently 3) use *less* water 4) bring my own soap... 5) and simply do not want to use their dirty brushes! I dont want swirls and scratches! I never write reviews. But for once I know better service and better treatment - I am a professional grade quarters washer. And one step away from a 2-bucket-method OG. It's automatic but you park your car inside of the structure and all the machinery moves around your car. Essentially it just sprays soap on and then hoses it off. No rollers or brushes make contact with your vehicle - not sure how that is supposed to get anything off your car. If you are the demographic going to a place like this I'm sure there are some things stuck on your car that would require a little bit of scrubbing. Anyways, I pull up to the left wash station and it doesn't take credit card as the machine is broken. I switch to the other one, which takes credit but the selection of the cheapest wash doesn't work - or did they tape it off to skim a buck? Probably.. On the station with the working credit card reader, the view of what is included in each wash is obstructed. I also wasn't expecting "drying" to be an extra. You have to get at least the 8$ wash in order for your car to get dried. So for 6 dollars I got a shitty hose off and a dripping wet car. Good thing their vending machine was completely sold out so I couldn't give the owners 50 more cents for a paper towel. Also - they have a sign displayed that says "tips are appreciated" (at a place where you never see or interact with an employee). But here's a tip anyways: fuck off.

Now I have soapy residue all over the left side of my car baking in the sun. This time when I called I did get an answer from service and was told that they had been having "issues with that one." I was offered a token for a new car wash and $2 to make the difference. I confirmed that this token was for another wash at this location and she said yes. I told her that coming back to their car wash was not something I ever wanted to do again. If they will not put forth an effort to maintain their equipment I will most certainly not go back to their terribly maintained car washes.
