I called my salesman who is always considerate and helpful to see wht the process was to have it repaired. He transferred me to service where the gentleman that there was a recall and they did not know when the parts would be available. Then proceeded to speak to my salesman again who brought the sales manager in on the conversation, was assured it would be handled. Complained to a new service manager who told me if I do not like the service there to take my business to Keysville. In February complained again to the service department while it was there for an oil change and the brakes were at 7mm with 43890 miles on it. So last week it would not pass inspection due to the back brakes being at 2mm with 45250 miles on it. So for 1360 miles in 6 months I used over half of the life of the rear brakes. Called there last Thursday 2 times and the service manager said if it needed pads and rotors it would cost me roughly $499. for the service. Then today she told the sales manager she called me back to see what I wished to do, but there was not one return call in my call log from anyone at Smart Ford of South Boston. Today the Sales Manager gave me a "thats too bad speech" and offered to ring it in at me paying for the full repairs. Guess when I make these last 6 payments were going to be buying our next vehicle from Robbie Woodall.
