Good family run business that knows what they are selling. Made sure I had any questions about the tow dolly I bought answered before I left. Easy location to get to that gave a honest time frame for my purchase to be fabricated and delivered for pickup. read more

From the Business

Specialties

I grew up in the logging/lumber business. My father, uncle and I ran the business for many years before the retirement of my uncle and the sudden death of my father back in the early 90's. When this happened I felt it was time to explore new ventures...it all started with a few trailers, some used cars and equipment and then evolved to just trailers and has been expanding ever since.

Andy went above and beyond when we failed to get one of my 6 year olds treasures out of the door of our trade in, he retrieved and held it for us until we could get back. There turned out to be an issue with the used car we bought that surfaced right away and they repaired it even though they had no contractural obligation to do so. Stacey in the service dept was a dream to work with. We will be back next time we need a car because they earned our loyalty.

Another salesman and a manager tried to"making it right" by showing me other similar vehicles or offering to order me one like the one they sold out from under me (which would take 2-3 months to come in if they could even get it). I left and even after all of that I still considered and communicated with them about one of the similar vehicles. When I made them an offer the salesman took it to the manager whose response was "I took your offer to Kia management . Could not get them to bite on that offer unfortunately." My offer was definitely not unreasonable especially considering the situation and how the dealership had already done me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Worst customer service I've ever experienced!
