My valve stems blew as I was going to the mountains on a Friday evening while towing my RV. Will and JT kept the garage open late to get me back on the road and didn't charge an arm or a leg. I'm not from the area but if I can throw them business I will go out of my way to do so! read more

Do not recommend! My daughter ran off the road in the ice and they came out to pull her out with a rollback only and 1 gentleman and charge my insurance almost 4000.00 with all kinds of clean up charges and stated they sent out a wrecker and rollback and charged for speedy dry etc stating they cleaned up battery acid, oil and gas but my family and I watched the entire time and none of that was done then they took the car and held it until they got this huge payout from my insurance and I still had to pay 275.00! When I got the car back we cranked it and drove it the end of my road then traded it in on a new vehicle because the bumper and headlight was broken! I do not like dishonesty and this is why everyone's insurance is ridiculously high! Now my insurance is going up over something that I knew nothing about due to fictitious charges! read more

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Called for a tow of our semi truck. We agreed to a price over the phone and in person with our driver. Once they dropped off our driver and they had our truck and trailer the price magically increased with no heads up or explanation to us just that we would either pay it or they would keep our trailer which was kept on their yard. I took my car in to have it inspected and the oil changed. As I picked up my car, I was told that my compressor clutch was coming a part. I knew my compressor needed to be replaced because my AC did not work. However, the clutch coming a part was new to me. The owner stated it would cost around $700 to be replaced. If I did not replace it as soon as possible, I could breakdown at any minute leaving me stranded. The owner wrote on my receipt that my compressor clutch was coming a part. I took my car to another mechanic to get a second opinion. I was told that my compressor did not function but there were no parts falling a part and I was not in any jeopardy of breaking down. The owner of this establishment straight up lied to me. He could have offered to fix my compressor but instead, he proceeded to lie to me. It is a sad day that we live in a small community where a business owner will straight up lie to a customer to gain business. I would stay far away from this business because the owner of Harbour cannot be trusted. I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option. They don't deserve 1! read more

I pulled over to help a stray dog on my way home and some how got my keys locked in my car! I called 2 pop a lock companies and two tow companies... none of them could help because I has too far out in the country. I called Harbour garage and towing and they said it would take about 30 minutes and cost $50. They showed up in 25 minutes and only charged me $50 and didn't even laugh at the amusing situation of being locked out in the country and it raining. Great service ! Super friendly and quick! Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them. read more

My car stalled on 12/2/2019 and the towing company was called by a deputy that came out to help me I was told by the tow truck driver that it would be looked at the next day needless to say it was not I called to see what was going on with my car and I was told that no one had time to look at it. So on 12/10/2019 that the mechanic could not find anything wrong with it and that they had drove it all over town the charge was $75 and $30 was including the tow. On 12/11/19 I went in and paid for the car and went back later to pick it up with the understanding that the car had been driven all over town and it never stalled. So in route home I drove the car about 2 miles and YES IT CUT COMPLETLY OFF I called them to inform them I was on side of the road AGAIN with the same issue the guy came and towed my car again so now it 12/13/19 I called and ask the status of the car I was informed that it MIGHT be the fuel pump but he didn't know but was quick to tell me it will be $450 to fix on a MIGHT IM NOT SURE ISSUE well I think not and he was charging me another $75 well I don't think so because the car should have been checked the first time then maybe I would not have been on side of the road a second time and with my grandbaby this place is very UNPROFESSIONAL I DONT PAY FOR MIGHTS read more

Every year I bring my truck, wife's car and motorcycle to be inspected. They are quick and friendly. Had work done on wife's car, a bit pricey but good work done. Needed to tow her car down to be repaired. Showed up with flatbed, loaded in 5 mins and friendly. Again, that was a little pricey but average for the area. Decent folk and will go there many more times. read more

Took my car then when I was having issues with my clutch, they got it in the bay to look at it- I walked up to see what was going on with it and I was rudely told to get out of the garage area even though there were quite a few non employees standing around in there already. After pulling my car out the guy who greeted me to begin with told me what was wrong but that the owner didn't want to fix it? And he kept apologizing saying it was an easy fix he just didn't want to do it? On a brighter note I called another local shop and they told me they'd be happy to fix it. Moral of the story go to Autotech. Leave this place alone. read more
