Needed a new water pump. They did fine work, just took way longer than promised and cost a bit more than quoted.

They deliberately lied to me about the extent of the damage and or repairs needed to my car, told me my motor had to be pulled out, and told me several things were broken, I decided to have it towed to another mechani and he said none of that was broken, and the motor did not have to be lofted, he fixed it with the tools I provides to Ridegway Tire and charged me $200 they are delibertly scamming peopme read more

Best advice: get here early. I arrived about an hour after they open (during a weekday) and there were already people waiting in front of me. No less than 30 minutes later at least 3 other people arrived. I think that speaks volumes about whether or not a business is a community's go-to place. I came to get my tire plugged and was in an out in under 2 hours (keep in mind the people already getting serviced). Also, I believe they were missing one mechanic that day. The job itself was pretty quick and cost me all of $10...for a plug and remount...that's it. As someone who visits this area multiple times a year, this has become my go-to place for any simple auto maintenance that may need to be done while here. read more
