I always get my car checked out before I got out of town which was last week with the family. Matthew had highly recommended that it would be best for safety purposes to get my front brakes and front tie rods (dripping grease which he showed me and took a picture of if) done before going out of town. I requested Matthew and once again, he did not disappoint me and the total.for both services were under six hundred dollars and he also informed me he topped off my wimdow washing fluid as well!! I felt realllyyy good knowing that my family and I, especially our grandsons were riding in safe vehicle out-of-town!! It really put my husband and my mind at ease!! On my way to NC, I was praying that I would have a mechanic who treated me like he would treat his daughter and I believe that Wes did that. I'm greatful to God for bringing me to this location and getting my car fixed. While it did take a week to get my car back, it was worth the wait and when I inquired about military discount to help me pay for the hefty bill I knew was coming, Wes didn't hesitate to do everything in his ability to give me the best pricing and even doing things for a massively reduced fee. My last visit was for a oill change and a tire rotation. The job was completed in a timely manner, however the next day I found oil drippings on my driveway, I returned the car to the shop and notified the staff. Adrian and Mbie (Service and General managers) immediately sent a member of their staff to my house to clean up the oil spill without asking. They are literally door to door service. They have a loyal customer in me. When any of my family members have car issues, I automatically send them to Casey's.

They found a loose bolt in my subframe and it was not my control arm as suspected.
