I told him the transmission hose was damaged and the car is NOT to be driven, did that stop him from driving it like a complete asshole? No. He floored it wide open from the back to the front, then argued with me for ten minutes about my bumper and headlight that his crew took off "Not accident related, they were both intact and working with no damage when I handed over my keys in to the drop box. Lastly. This collision center costed me $1100 due to paying two different tow trucks when my car was NOT in the parking lot, now I'm stuck with the bill for that and to pay someone to install my bungee and headlight because they took it off and didn't put it back on? Upon reading the reviews. I'm not shocked that I have to write this. I got 3 estimates from 3 different body shops and we decided to use Hannabass and Rowe because the estimate said $1,276 and my estimate was two pages. Went to pick my car up and they said the total was $2500 and when we talked to the manager, they said I should have gotten 3 pages and that my total was JUST for parts, that labor wasn't included. Nowhere did it say labor wasn't included. So an extra $1200. They also didn't take accountability for leaving off the page that included the labor. They blamed it on "printer error." They shouldn't be allowed to get away with doing this. Shitty customer service. Won't ever use them again or recommend them.
