Southern Team Nissan immediately executed a textbook bait-and-switch, unilaterally increasing the price by almost $9,000 with no prior notice or justification. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a blatant bait-and-switch. They misrepresented the vehicle's price to lure him in under false pretenses. The finance manager, Keith, even altered his signed document afterward to make it look as though he had been told in advance. Luckily, my brother took a photo and initialed next to the original price before Keith attempted his crooked practice. Any modification made to a signed buyer's order without the customer's explicit written consent is a material alteration and is considered fraudulent. My brother drove four hours to get there, and our entire family worried the whole way as he made this long, exhausting trip based on what we thought was a straightforward, honest purchase. Instead, the dealership--especially Landon and Keith--wasted his time, gas, and money with this deceptive ploy. We still have the original lower quote in writing. so so bad !

I removed overspray from front windshield myself and returned vehicle to Maaco to have hood properly cleaned and buffed. Told them not to worry about the scrape on panel. Waited entire day to pick up. After arriving home noticed the entire vehicle had white overspray on all panels and all windows. Returned car a 3rd time to clean and buff entire car. Absolute nightmare. They did not clean nor buff passenger side panels or windows at all. The driver side panels they did buff were left scored and a spot on the roof was buffed down to the undercoat. White dusty shoe prints were left in interior of vehicle. Every time they tried to repair one thing they caused damage somewhere else. Now the entire car looks worse now than before taking it to them. Will call their corporate office and file a complaint with BBB. Will also contact insurance company concerning damage to side panel since they want to take advantage of their customers. Was told by employee there is no way to avoid the over spraying. Like they never heard of exhaust fans. Do not go there. They all should be fired and business shut down. I will never hire them for anything in the future. I could have removed bumper and taken it to them If I knew they do this sorry of a job. Awful!!!!
