    Had about a 3" long scratch on the rear door that you could feel with your finger so it was pretty deep. Colors on Parade sent a guy out to give me an estimate. I agreed on the price and he did the job right then and there. There was also a scratch on the front door which he repaired as well. I only uploaded a before/after pic of worst scratch. Now, if you get right up to it and know where to look, you can find where the scratch was. But, bottom line, it is not noticeable to someone that doesn't know to look for it. Both door scratches repaired for $129 vs having to have both doors completely repainted at a cost of around $400-$800 per door (depending on the quality you want). This was WELL WORTH $129. I would definitely recommend this company.

    very terrible customer service. they accepted my vehicle (05 6.0 powerstroke) and knew absolutely…read morenothing about it and should have no business accepting vehicles in that category. They had my for over a only one hour and wanted me to replace something absolutely absurd. My had a crank no issue and they called me multiple times after me requesting them look at it their answer was my brake module. After doing further research just on Google and calling multiple other diesel shops they could assure me that was not the issue after telling them to not touch my vehicle any further and I will pay for service and pick up my key very next day. once I got there the next day, their customer service was very crappy and pissed poor attitudes When I wanted to know what I was paying for when they told me false accusations on the problem I still had to pay the most expensive hourly rate for They me over $150 and in my personal opinion, I not paid over 50 for just a simple diagnosing which was the wrong information to begin with. Lastly, but not least the part they wanted me to replace well over $1000 so keep in mind what I saved and whomever could save on using ou another service shop...

    I would like to start by saying we are loyal customers of BRTA, we have referred several family and…read morefriends to this location. Up until this last visit, we have been nothing but pleased. We brought our car in for a brake issue. While working on the brakes, they told us it needed a steering repair and new tires. We picked up the car and scheduled a time for the steering repair. The repair was supposed to take a coupls of days, they had the car for several weeks. I left a message for them to quote me tires while they had it, so we could possibly get they done while it was there. There seems to have been a change in front desk staff, the previous guy was also super friendly and helpful. The new person acts like he's miserable every time you call. He stated he didn't get my message but could work up a quote for tires. I didn't get the quote until I called to pay for the steering repair. We found cheaper tires somewhere else, had them delivered to the shop and scheduled a third visit in a month. The front desk person told us to bring it back the following Monday at 11 and they would put the tires on. While I was on the pone with him I told him the brake light has been on ever since they fixed the brakes, the power washing fluid container has also been leaking since they repared the steering. My husband took it in at 11, as requested and was told they thought we were going to drop it off. The front desk guy went to the back and talk to the garage staff, my husband could hear him cursing and complaining about us bringing the car in and not dropping it off. Then, my husband mentioned the brake light and he said we'd have to make another appointment. Our car has been in the garage for nearly a month and still is not completely fix. Every time we call to ask a questions, the guy at the front desk has an attitude of he doesn't want to speack to anyone, and our questions are not answered. I have never experienced this at this garage, but it is enough that we are considering a new gagrage.
