But since he was only charging $20, I told her to go ahead and let him do it since that's a pretty good price. When she went to pay at the register, he said it was $20 each windshield wiper! Again, the windshield wipers were fine. They were not torn, they were not leaving any streaks, nothing. Total rip off. He was obviously taking advantage of a young girl.

Nowhere did it say labor wasn't included. So an extra $1200. They also didn't take accountability for leaving off the page that included the labor. They blamed it on "printer error." They shouldn't be allowed to get away with doing this. Shitty customer service. Won't ever use them again or recommend them.
