I got 3 estimates from 3 different body shops and we decided to use Hannabass and Rowe because the estimate said $1,276 and my estimate was two pages. Went to pick my car up and they said the total was $2500 and when we talked to the manager, they said I should have gotten 3 pages and that my total was JUST for parts, that labor wasn't included. Nowhere did it say labor wasn't included. So an extra $1200. They also didn't take accountability for leaving off the page that included the labor. They blamed it on "printer error." They shouldn't be allowed to get away with doing this. Shitty customer service. Won't ever use them again or recommend them.
