I've been a customer of this location for over six years. Up until today the quality has always been good although the prices have gone up. Placed my standard order and was extremely disappointed when I got home. Literally there was about one third of the usual toppings. Not sure if it's new ownership, but I won't waste any more of my money here. read more

We order pizza from here every week. Our guests from out of town love it too. The staff is friendly and the pizza is delicious.

Got the deep dish pizza for pickup and it was amazing. I travel for work and like to try out a "local" pizza place when I can. This is definitely up there. Pizza was ready before the quoted time so great service. read more

Romeo's Pizza - Deep dish pizza - Pizza Near Me - Highland Heights, Ohio

Excellent fish fry! Meaty with great deep fry coating. Jo Jo's awesome. Great value as well.

It was my first and last time ordering from Romeo's. I was very excited to order from here as I've heard good things and paid the crazy high prices and was okay with it as long as the quality was there. It was not. I would have been much happier ordering from any other chain for half the price. I order 4x cheese on the bread sticks and there was barely any cheese on it. Not what I expected for almost double the cost. Quality of food and toppings was all subpar. The only thing we enjoyed were the wings and the funnel cake fries. Sad to say I won't ever be ordering from here again. Do not recommend to anyone! read more

Do not go to this establishment the owner doesn't know a damn thing about customer service and doesn't care his driver left a pizza on the front of my steps and then lied about knocking on the door when I was sitting in a chair less than 10 ft away and on top of it I left him a $6.50 tip and I heard him lying to the night manager that he was pounding on my door for 5 minutes well I got news for you that's a total lie I call cuz the night manager isn't allowed to do anything so I don't know what she manages but the owner immediately says I don't like your attitude well you know what I paid 30 bucks for a small pizza did your driver left on the steps for 45 minutes and it was ice cold and when I called you you could have cared less and you were petting yourself on the back because you have two decades in the food business. Do not give your money to this man he doesn't care about his product he doesn't care about what you say he doesn't care and his supposed two decades in the business he's never learned the number one thing he's in the service industry and apparently he is not very good at it so save your money don't go there do not give this man your money because he does not care if your pizza comes and a guy drops it on the ground and you call and you're like hey man dude the guy dropped it on the ground he'll be like too bad then he'll start saying you're rude so why because you basically ripped me off of $30 I'm supposed to be happy with you don't give this man your business. As he's petting himself on his back for his two decades of service I was in the food industry serving 10 times the amount of food that he serves on a weekend and I did it for over 30 years and the one thing I know is if the meal is good you tell your friend if the meal is bad you tell everyone your reputation is everything my father owned an extremely large catering business and Party Center for 40 years he owned this and I personally witnessed him on more than one occasion tell people that because of circumstances beyond their his control their food came to them not as he would have preferred and literally did not charge them and I'm talking about amounts of over a thousand dollars and this jerk over here all I wanted was no delivery fee and no tip for the ass that left it on the front steps and lied about pounding on my door but not this guy he took it all you wanted all the 30 bucks if you want to do business with someone who acts that way then you're going to find out the hard way so while he's petting himself on the back for 20 years he didn't learn a single thing if you take care of your customers read more

Our family loves Romeos pizza. The food is always delivered fast and hot and it tastes so good. The sauce has us hooked. They have coupons in the app and you can earn rewards ($10 off). They also have BOGO deals on Tuesdays. read more

Seriously tasted just like Domino's Pizza, but a hint more sad. The pizza is about as good as a frozen pizza. It's edible... has very little taste... it's not worth ever going again. Am I mad? Absolutely not. I just can't believe this business has any customers returning for more! read more

Great pizza! We've ordered take out twice! They don't deliver to us, but it's THE pizza place to go to.

It was like 9pm on a Tuesday night and we were hungry for pizza but with the newborn, we really wanted to stay in. My problem with being Yelp Elite is that I am always trying something new, this occasion was no different, I really wanted to try another pizza joint around town to compare with others I have already tried. So Romeo's was running a special that if you bought a large pizza you would get a small appetizer free, cool, sounded good to me. We went with the large pepperoni and small boneless wings, spicy garlic. The pizza itself was good, better then some other places around my house such as Tony's, Vargo's, and Little Caesars HAR. The pepperoni was crispy around the edges, the pizza had a good crust, nice cheese ratio, and overall good size to the overall ZA. One thing that another Yelper pointed out is that the sauce is a little sweet, which I don't think I minded, neither did the wife, she said she really enjoyed the pizza and I can't EVER disagree with her....lol....nah...it was good. The boneless wings were good-great, meaty, fantastic flavor, light breading, just a really tasty boneless wing. So I have been fighting over what star rating to give this place and I am bumping it up from my original 3 stars to 4 because of a few reasons. 1) They delivered it in less then 25 minutes (7-10 minutes away). 2) Zeppe's didn't offer delivery, or at least their website indicated it was pick-up only, not to mention one other place I called wouldn't deliver either. 3) Boneless wings were better then expected. 4) Pizza was good heated up. So 4 stars it is! Given my location and what my options were without leaving the house that night, I'd say everything turned out pretty well. read more

One word.....DELICIOUS!!!! Been looking for a place since Papa Johns has become so disappointing. THIS IS IT!! You have my business. Great job. read more

Solid 3. This is not the best pizza we have ever had so we'll give it another try some day.

OMG stopped this afternoon for a quick pizza, and that is what it turned out to be. 15 minutes!! I spend that at McDonald's!!! And what a pizza great sauce and great dough. It's my go to pizza for know on. read more

I'm a first time customer and Ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. They charge $5 for extra cheese. First I didn't get the extra cheese and the pizza didn't look fresh. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting and then reheated. The crust was tough. I took a picture of it. The only thing that was decent were the wings. I wont order anything from this place again. read more

I order a medium size pizza with mushroom and sausage, from the highland height place, after I picked it up and got home, I was extremely surprised, the number of pieces of topping was very very little, you can count them, some of the cuts were bare, only with cheese, if I thought to check it before pick it up, I would not pay for it and walked away. The crust was excellent. I will never buy from them again read more

First time trying out Romeo's Pizza... I am from California and I don't believe we have this... The nice girl named Jennifer told me that when she tried Romeo's Pizza it was by far her favorite pizza place... So we ordered the well known special large traditional butcher shop with a side of garlic parmesan sauce. I do consider myself a pizza snob (is there such a thing) because I am so picky with my sauce cheese and the crust. The bacon was yum moving to the sweet tomato sauce to the delicious sausage. I was in Homer Simpson pizza heaven I tell you!! I will be trying out all the different types soon enough! read more

Hands down my favorite place to order pizza delivery. The employees are always friendly when taking your order and delivering, the delivery is usually quicker than the estimated time and the food is delicious! Our favorite is the buffalo chicken pizza with extra buffalo sauce for dipping. They also just added online ordering! read more

I ordered from Romeo's twice now. 1st time I got calazones. This time The deep dish pizza. The sauce is way too sweet for me. Both times I got wings. Those were pretty good. They could be a tad more crisp but they are flavorful. I don't think I will get it again but I tried it. read more

Good pizza. Sweet sauce. Great customer service. Garlic bread was okay and Jojos were pretty good. Good hot sauce, too.

My family loves Romeo's pizza! We order from the Highland Heights location about once a month. Ask for a side of pesto, it's amazing. read more

We all order on line right? Well I placed a $30+ order according to on line menu...had no idea they stopped making pasta..placed order for rigatoni sub and salad, garlic bread ...paid with credit card..they get here with sub and salad...No pasta..and ask for payment! Told me they dont do pasta anymore so i ask why is it still on the menu and why they didnt call me. So i told him its not my fault and i dont want the food and this jerk told me it was my fault. Said he talked to me on phone and i said it was ok! Got people here wanting the pasta...well im not eating in front of them! Sad place. Unprofessional! read more

Best pizza in the neighborhood. It's expensive but the quality is well worth it. Sauce is slightly on the sweeter side but that's right up my alley. Crust is absolutely perfect. Topping options are plenty (sun-dried tomatoes are my favorite). Delivery is fast. Enough said. read more

We had just ordered a pizza at the new mentor on the lake location, first time eating Romeo's pizza. Wow really good. They are right about the secret being in the sauce the sauce is excellent very sweet just like we like it. And that thin crust with the dipping sauce very good. For sure the best pizza in this area. Will be back. read more
