In the area for a business trip, and these lovely ladies did a fabulous job with my gel mani pedi even though they closed at 6, and I walked in at 6. I was unaware of the COVID time change from the google search thinking they closed at 730. The ladies were kind enough to service me and were professional. Love my nails and toes! Thank you ladies for servicing me by going out of your way after hours for this out of towner. :) read more

This salon is under new management. Nina is now in charge and she has been doing my nails for over 4 years now! I don't trust anyone else with my nails. She never rushes and makes sure your nails look amazing. Anne is also really great and does some trendy nail designs. Definitely recommend giving this place a try now that Nina is running the show! read more

Nice employees but this ended up costing close to $80 with tip. On their website it's advertised at 35/40... Not worth the price for the result. read more

I ended up with a swollen toe and in a lot of pain. That was 2 weeks ago. I think they cut my nail way too short or broke skin. Besides that the experience was ok. read more

Came here for a pedicure with my girlfriend, who got a manicure and pedicure. What a pleasant, clean, and refreshing place to relax and get pampered for a bit. The ladies here were extremely friendly and competent at what they're doing. Highly recommend this place! And go for the deluxe package for the pedicure! read more

BEWARE OF EXPENSIVE PRICES BUT BAD QUALITY AS OF NOV 14 2023!!!! I used to get beautiful nails here (with design for $55) since 2021. Recently, they have changed their prices. It's $52 for full set, $57 for full set with design, and every design is $20 more. I tried to tell them that I have been coming here for 3 years and I usually get nails for $55. They literally laughed in my face, which was so rude. The lady who usually gave it to me for $55 (I am talking 5+ times) was like I don't even know who that is (do not know who I am). She literally takes pictures of my nails all the time. They do not take criticism well (I am not talking nit picky, even if there is a giant hole they argue with you to fix). They also take forever. Be prepared to stay there 2+ hours for any service. If you have a design, you will be there 3-4 hours. They take forever and you will switch 3-4 times all around the salon. After all of that, did my plain white nails this time even turn out good? Instead of painting on the acrylic base, they dip your fingers. So what happens, it's extremely bulky! My $57 plain white acrylics looks like press ons! They keep OPI in the front but they use some cheap brand on your nails. The paint is already peeling off and I got nails done YESTERDAY! They store everything in used lotion containers and half the nail polish/ acrylic solution bottles are broken (to where the screw cap does not even fit) but they still use them! read more

Just tried to come here for a pedicure while I wait for my car to be inspected next door. I have a 3 hour wait for my car so I'm in no rush. I walk in and ask for a pedicure and she says "come back." I ask how long the wait is and she says "30 minutes" so I say...okay, I'll wait. I go to sit down in the waiting area and she says "no, no, no, you have to come back." I say I can't wait here and she says no.... A really strange way to treat a customer who is happy to wait in the designated waiting area...which had no one in it. I guess she preferred I stand outside and wait? Needless to say I left. Very rude staff. read more

Incredible service. I was looking for someone who someone who actually knows what they are doing. I will be returning.

My first time coming here looking to get a mani pedi. Walking in with my friend there was barley any wait time. I get very ticklish when anybody touches my feet so I tend to squirm. The lady doing my pedi was really sweet for putting up with me. The owner of the salon did shellac nails for me. She was great! read more

Love Ann and Nina, they both do such an amazing job. Theyve recently renovated and added an entire wall of new color selections. Plus, the relaxing ambiance is the perfect place to relax for a mani-pedi. I've been seeing Ann for the last 3 years at a few different salons and she consistently does a great job - my nails last so long (dip manicures) and she can do any different style and shape i want. I also bring all my friends here now, who have had similarly great experiences. Truly a great salon with great people. read more

Went in for a pedicure since my usual salon was closed - very comfortable experience with so many good color options! my feet came out smooth, but my pedicure came out messy. the layers of nail polish were thick and uneven, with very little dry time in between, and there're some spots of polish on my cuticles and skin. the pedicure looks great from a distance, but up close, not so great. ~$30, and an extra $5 to remove calluses. they have a point system you can sign up for, but decided not to based on today's results. read more

Let me just be honest... this is the best nail salon experience that I have had... I receive the best service and the best results... I always leave happier than when I arrived... between my nails looking amazing.... being super relaxed due to their amazing chairs and the warm conversation... A true American family business... business like this should be highlighted more... I will be loyal to this place for life read more

Corner cutting rude technicians. Also never go for their deluxe pedicure. It is the same thing as the regular manicure. On the menu it says it includes a bunch of additional services, but they're almost the same as the regular. Their manicure doesn't include massages like other places, and technicians don't really properly take care of cuticles. read more

Super clean, decent prices and most of the time a great end product. Recommended! Open from 9.30AM on weekdays and 10 on Sat / 11 on Suns!

My Bf and I went to get pedicures and they were perfect. By far the best nail salon I've been to in Va.

Got a basic French manicure. The ladies were nice. English wasn't the best but it didn't bother me. They clean and sanitized after I was done in the drying area. It was relaxing time. read more

I came in here bc I needed to get a fill. The shape I had prior to coming in had been perfect. The lady who did my nails left the edges rough and not even. The polish I picked out was by China Glaze. In the bottle the color was very vibrant but after being applied seemed dull and translucent, probably from being watered down. She also left a dent in the polish on my thumb and didn't act like she saw it so I asked her to fix it but she just quickly went back over with polish instead of redoing one nail. :-/ I won't be coming back. idk how they have so many five star reviews. read more

I had never been to this salon until a few weeks ago where i walked in and decided to get a gel acrylics and a design on my nails. For walking in, I had very minimal wait time which i was pleased with and they did an excellent job on my nails. I've now had them for over 2 weeks with no chips/broken nails. I believe my nail techs name was May or Mi, she took her time and made sure i loved them before leaving! read more

They were running a mani-pedi special so I decided to give it a try. The lady who did my pedicure paid great attention to the pedicure. She also gave a fabulous leg and foot massage. Then the oddest thing happened it was time to do my manicure and she filed my nails she buffed my nails and when I went to wash my hands she went and took another customer. So I had to wait 5 minutes for the next technician to finish with her customer and take me. My nails came at okay but the Polish is touching my cuticle and I know when it grows out it's going to be a problem read more

I got a pedicure on the way to an appointment. I had to wait but since I didn't call ahead I can accept that. I picked out my color and was allowed to soak my feet while I waited. The lady who attended to my feet did a nice job but didn't speak hardly at all to me. I didn't mind this since I wasn't in the mood for conversation. I did feel it took longer than the typical pedicure with no additional added benefits so be cautious of this. The pedicure turned out nice and I would return in the future. read more

I will not be going back to this nail salon. I went in for a basic mani/ pedi and what I left with was horrible. The woman cut my cuticle too deep and I bled. My 11 year old daughter could have done a better job on my nails. The woman started to put clear polish on my big toe after I told her I wanted a design and then she remembered so she went to the next toe but she left a dab of polish that clumped up and did not fix it. I told the owner and she just polished over it. Needless to say I was not pleased with the service at all. read more

Came in for a gel manicure. Their prices are good. The decor is not very updated but the nail technician was very nice and welcoming. They have nice selection of nail polish colors. My only 2 issues were that the technician didn't apply the nail polish close enough to the skin line so after a day or so I had a noticeable gap between the polish and the skin line (where the nail begins) so it looked like I needed replenishing. The second issue is that despite the many coats of nail polish that the technician had applied on my nails, the gel started to chip on 2 nails the following week. Overall it was a nice experience but I'm not sure if I'll be coming back here to get my nails done. read more

They completely butchered my nails. I went in with nice, long nails. I was hoping to treat myself to a manicure and get a cute color for the holidays. The first woman cut my nails so short then continued to file them. I hoped they would somehow look ok after polish. The polish job was complete mess. I explained to her it was messy. I said maybe it was the polish? Like maybe it was too old or dry. The manager came and re did them then said I probably didn't like them because my nails are short. I explained they were nice and long but the previous woman cut them very short. I had already said I was treating myself so she said I probably didn't like them because I'm not used to having my nails done. I explained I used to get my nails done every 2 weeks and just hadn't recently and it had nothing to do with that. So after that said please just take the polish off. I stated I will have to fix them at home and that was that. No offer of a refund or anything read more

This nail salon is amazing. I've been going to for a year and half now and I'm never disappointed. Compared to others in the area they do a better job. When I get sns they can last for over a week a month which is by far the longest compared to any other nail salon. The workers are always friendly and do a good job. Love this place! Been going to this salon for about 6 months and I'm never disappointed! The atmosphere and professionalism is amazing. They are always able to get me in on my schedule. We have been coming in for pedicure at least 3 to 4 times already. This last experience was the best so far. The new remodel definitely brings out a cleaner and more professional look to the business, also the new management is a big plus. Really nice and welcoming staff. Seating down, enjoying a beverage and having a good conversation with the person that is taking care of you makes the experience so much better. I will be coming back with my partner for sure. Oh! Something that is one of my biggest necessities when visiting a nail salon is the hygiene and if I could rate it 10+ for this place I would. read more

I am visiting the area and I stopped in to get a Gel manicure after a horrible manicure last week at a shop in NY. The owner, Mai was friendly and welcoming. She did a great job on my nails. She paid special attention to my cuticles after I explained to her my bad experience at another place. She also fixed the shape of my nails just the way I like them. I left with beautiful nails again. I'm always hesitant about trying new places while I'm traveling but I'm very happy to have come here. read more

I don't recommend going to get your nails done here. I got my nails done today and I was cut three times! One is such a deep gash that my finger swelled up. It is still bleeding! It looks awful, she didn't even offer a discount or comp it! I would avoid this place, I wouldn't want this to happen to any one else. This is a serious safety issue. This place should be closed, unfortunately it is not. read more
