The team got to work right away and gave it a real effort -- but in the process, they discovered something I never knew: my car (purchased brand new in 2019!) had apparently been repainted at some point before I bought it, which made the job much more complicated than a standard detail could handle. Rather than cut corners or give me a mediocre result, they were completely upfront with me and explained that an auto body shop would be better equipped to do the job right. They even recommended a nearby shop they trusted. Here's the part that really got me: after all that time and effort, they didn't charge me a single dollar. I was already stressed from the accident, and the kindness I was shown here genuinely made my day better. This is a team with real integrity -- they care more about doing right by their customers than making a quick buck. I was very specific about wanting my windows cleaned, I must have mentioned it 3-5 times when talking to the guy. My car was not dirty by any means when they got it but my windows were kind of grimy. There are still streak marks on the front windshield on the inside on the passenger side. What I care most about was that the driver side was done well so that is a positive. They also did a good job on the clay/sealant they used. For $150 ($130 plus $20 tip) I would have expected my windows to be spotless though. Don't know that I would have them come back out to do my car again. They also don't take Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo which was weird because they're mobile. Update- they came out and did my windows after I called and let them know they were still pretty dirty. Once they rectified the issue, I would definitely call them again.

There are too many other choices in San Diego County and this one needs to be avoided. It all starts with first impressions as a new customer. Even though the online booking time was convenient, the manager, Alex, clearly does not care about your business. There is a "comments" box in the online booking process that was completely ignored with my question. The detailer was late to my appointment. Time means money and they don't care about wasting your time. The work vehicle was trashed when it showed up. Dents all over the place, door molding hanging outside the door. Invest some money and take all those dents out. It gives a bad look like they don't care. Before the work was started I was verbally told it would be an extra $45 for all of the work with some stubborn stains. Okay I understood, the car's interior was quite dirty. After working four hours on the car, the stains are still there. None of the ones on the seats and the carpet floor were removed. He tried was his answer and then asked me how long have I had the car. How is that relevant for the work performed? It is none of their business. Training is an issue obviously. On their website they claim "superior customer experience." Not so much. "Real time updates" during the four hours did not happen once. "Follow up care with maintenance recommendations" was non existent. The recommendations given was to keep the windows down because it still was wet inside. They couldn't dry the vehicle first? Yeah keep the windows down so all the dust flies in - so smart of them. At the end of the appointment I requested an invoice for their work. No was their answer but if you pay by credit card and pay the 4%+ surcharge, we can do it for you. What? That makes no sense. Their other payment options are cash, Venmo or Zelle. For a company that is detailer certified I am disappointed. Yes they are certified - certified waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.

My bf arranged a full detail for my car. Awesome Mobile came to my office and did the entire detail while I worked. They shampooed my cloth covered seats and scrubbed the weather-proof mats. They got every nook and cranny including the embedded dog fluff in the carpeted panels and in the corners of the windshield and rear windows. They buffed out small scratches all over my car and clayed the exterior as well. My mouth legitimately fell open when I saw my car...it looked brand new when they were done! Ended up getting the Deluxe wash. I exited my car at 8am and it was done in about 10 minutes! There was probably 5-6 people drying the car. Overall, the vehicle could have been dried better. But can't beat the price and the time. I may come back if I don't feel like washing my own car next time.
