READ THIS TO FIND WHAT THEY'RE HIDING! At first when my father and I walked in there were 2 salesmen arguing about who would help us and on there website they mention that the employees are not payed with commission, that's seems to not be true. Then we go in side check out this 2009 Subaru Impreza and we were impressed by the way it ran after we had both test drove it. We go inside to make a deal on the vehicle and when we get to an agreed offer they put a 400 dollar "Documentation fee" as well as a 200 dollar "Plate Change fee" but then we mention that we had wanted to trade in my vehicle, a 2007 Dodge Caliber with only 138k miles on it and said that they could only give 300 dollars for it and I found that very insulting. We proceeded to make him an offer to remove that obviously fake documentation fee or give more for my vehicle and they said that they had zero room to budge and we decided to leave. As we were leaving the manager us he would give 300 more for the trade in and we were not budging and he said if we walk out that door instead of a 800 dollar discount he would only give 500 and with the simple math in my head I could tell he was pulling it out of thin air. The final offer we gave was even close to the numbers he was giving out and that car has been sitting in there lot for about 9 months now according to the car fax they had provided and now that they saw that we were interested they tried to pull a quick one on us. Bought a 2002 Mustang GT there for 10 grand. The reason I paid such a premium price for the car was because I expected it to be in premium shape. It was not, I am an automotive technician so I have car lifts, so I took it to my shop to inspect it where I found easily over $1000 in damage. The transmission front pump seal was leaking, the oil pan was leaking very badly, The Struts were blown, I tested the brake fluids level of acidity and which it maxed out my test (god knows how much damage the brake lines took) I gave the car back to them trying to get a refund and I was lied to about the managers whereabouts multiple times run around, and a service associate named Kyle yelled at me and then hung up on me and treated me with nothing but unprofessionalism and disrespect. I'm going to the bank tomorrow to get my refund with them and let my bank sort this out. In response to all of this after explaining to them all of these issues they told me that it would be fine getting a refund but when I actually walked in there and gave them back the keys, They said "we'll see you in court". read more

My daughter bought a car in April 2019 that had a bad transmission. clearly this dealer had worked on it because the transmission was barely holding on with a couple of bolts, missing steel and no fluid. This required the purchase of a brand new transmission from Nissan. I saw a car, asked to test drive it. The car had ZERO gas, I mean zero. Waited for it to be fueled up. Walked to the car, it wouldn't go into gear. Sales guy tried and also had trouble. Finally went into gear. I got it, stuck again, sales guy got in, wiggled the shifter again and went in gear. I got it, felt the gear shifter push button was loose, wiggled it and we got it going. Car felt funny, like it was abused and a 2017 car with 11k miles should not feel abuse and have shifter problems. Also both sides behind the front seats towards the top had hard hand prints like someone who worked on the car didn't clean their hands. I opened the hood and left side there was a loose rubber gasket I reconnected it and got the same black dirt on my hand that looked like the dirt in the car. They must have tried or did fix something. I told them to detail the car and fix the shifter and I will come back on Monday, this being a Saturday. Tuesday they call me, told me they brought the car service the shifter but nothing is wrong with it. I said, "come on, both me and the sales guy couldn't put it into gear". Then I get a call telling me unless I buy it tonight they were bringing it to auction, giving me pressure. I said, "go ahead, I don't want it". Seems like a shady place to me. read more

Would not recommend. I purchased a vehicle 9/5/2020. Paid in full no loan. The second day I start the car and hear a ticking noise coming from the engine. I contacted the dealership and informed them what I hear. So I drove the car back up there for them to either fix the issue or exchange the car ( within their "48hr exchange policy period"). Once I was there they brought the car over to their shop to check out the car. They bring the car back saying I had a coolant leak which they fixed free of charge and then try to explain to me the noise I hear is a normal noise. Stupid me asked them should I buy a extended warranty just in case it breaks down. Well go figure they were so quick to have me buy a extended Powertrain warranty. Didn't really drive the car after that day due to no confidence that something will happen. Tried to reach out to the dealership two separate times to have them look at the car or give a refund. Clearly you can see they read my messages and ignored me and did not respond even when I tell them I'm broke down now on the side of the road still no response. On 9/27/2020 three weeks after my purchase and only 110 miles put on the car since purchased car breaks down on the highway. I had the car towed to a Chevy dealership seeing I have a "extended warranty". They inspect the car and tell me someone previously worked on the car and they found two rockers loose. Guess what extended warranty doesn't cover incompetent workers mistake to not tighten something. So now I have a $800 repair bill at the dealer to have something fixed that should of been caught when I had Rollit motors look at it the first time. How do you send someone on their way saying the car is fine. Simply shady in my opinion. Not like roll it motors will step up and have integrity that they screwed up and cover the repair. Nope they will just have another auction car thrown out on the lot. Who inspects these cars before going on the lot? My car had two brake lights out, no jack or tool to remove the tires and a broken window upon purchase. All about taking customers money to flip another car but if they have a issue their customer service goes out the window. Would not recommend. read more

Friday, January 17th, 2020. Absolute WORST experience. My daughter and I were looking for a good, reliable car for her to take to college out of state. Bob, The Internet Sales Manager, posted a 2014 Nissan Altima that we believed was a decent vehicle, based on the posted pictures. We made the long trip from one end of the valley to the other to see the car. Bob was in the car, when we arrived, said he wanted to pull it up so we can get a better look at it. The front drivers side tire was completely flat. First RED flag. As he was inflating the tire, my daughter and I sat in the car. We noticed it was very dirty, and the piece of the console that holds the AUX cord was missing. I got our and inspected the outside of the vehicle and noticed the drivers side taillight was broken. Bob immediately noticed and said "we don't fix issues like that." Second and Third RED flags. We agreed to go on a test drive. During our drive, I could smell oil burning. When we returned to the "dealership", I got our of the car and went to the very back, as the burning oil smell was quite strong. I looked underneath the back of the vehicle, and the under carriage was covered in oil. 4th RED flag. I asked Bob if he smelled it. His response was "we detail all of our vehicles and the smell is from the solution burning off". Not the truth. We should have left the dealership then, ABSOLUTELY. He was talking with my daughter, encouraging her to talk me into purchasing the vehicle. The listed price of the vehicle was $9500. I asked if he could do better than that. I also told him that I wish to have my mechanic look at it before we consider purchasing the vehicle. We went into his office where he asked his manager to "work the numbers". He returned and said the best they can do is $9,000. Bob Schoeppel, pressured me into leaving a $1,000 cash deposit, promising that if I changed my mind, he would have it ready for me the following day. Bob assured me that if I gave him cash as opposed to placing the deposit on my debit card that should I change my mind, he'll hand my cash back to me. We were to return to pick up the car to take it to our mechanic. He spoke to my daughter, congratulating her on her new vehicle, adding the pressure to deposit "so no one else will purchase it before we return the next day". We did return the next day, and I let Bob know that I am going with my gut feeling and will not be purchasing the car, I changed my mind. He turned and went to his manager, returning to me letting me know I can come back on Monday to pick up a check! I reminded him that he told me he would give me my cash back and he said his boss "dropped the cash in the safe last night, he can have a check for you on Monday." I asked to speak with his manager. His manager was EXTREMELY rude. I handed him my receive from Bob, and on the receipt was a picture of the cash I left them. The manager told me he doesn't have cash and I can return on Monday to get a check. I tried to explain that his salesperson told me otherwise. As I was trying to explain, he put my receipt in with some other paperwork. We reached over to get the receipt as it did not belong to him, he had the original, he stood up and started cursing us, yelling, telling us to get the F off his property, calling us trash, we are P.O.S., and more colorful language. He and a couple other sales people followed us out, forcing us out, all the while this manger is cursing us. I asked the manager if he could please explain his policy because his salesman lied to me and stole my money. He continued to curse and slander me and told me will mail my check. He was extremely loud, extremely disrespectful, and his office was full of other customers. His "goons" continued to curse and push us off the lot and to our vehicle. He yelled for us to never return. Gladly! I did return to on Monday, staying off the property, because I was threatened, calling their office number and asked that a representative please bring my check out to me. I waited to post this review to ensure the funds cleared and the deposit was my bank account. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, OR BOB. They do not know how to treat their customers and are extremely unprofessional and quite frankly, liars. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but were proven to be untrustworthy! read more

At first I had a really great experience, Melissa did exceptionally well in finding me the perfect car. For Melissa I would give her a five stars, but unfortunately, this review isn't for her. The reason why I'm giving an extremely low review, because I had originally signed a contract with one price, but when I came in on a later date to sign more paperwork, they had risen the monthly payment without any notice. Even when I had asked Shay, she had said that everything was the same hence why I signed it with no issues. Today, I called here to see why my payment rate went up and if I could have to back to what we had originally agreed upon. However, when I spoke to Jason he was unsympathetic, inconsiderate, and unreasonable. I was told I could return the car but returning the car is not the issue, GOING AGAINST AN AGREEMENT was the issue. I originally thought that I could come back in the future for future purchases and recommend the dealership to my friends and family, but I can't do that any more with a good conscience if Rollit Motors continues to treat their clients like this. I hope in the future you can come up with a more resolute customer service training program with an emphasis on communication skills. Based on the other reviews this looks like an ongoing problem that doesn't plan on being treated anytime soon. read more

I was in the market for a car and I found a 2009 Ford Fusion at this dealership I was interested in. I scheduled an appointment the day before and advised them I would be taking the car for a pre-purchase inspection. When I arrived I was greeted by a lobby of friendly salesmen and seated to meet with one of the salesman, Oscar. Oscar was pleasant and I enjoyed working with him, no complaints. I looked over the car relatively quickly ( I was hoping to look independent of the salesman but he was near by as a looked around, but..nonetheless). After a short time, I told him I wanted to go take it to the mechanic (I scheduled an appointment with the mechanic as well). As we drove to the mechanic (Oscar accompanied me) , I noticed the car did not have a sunroof as mentioned in the ad (the sunroof was manually inputted in as a "additional note" meaning someone went out their way to include that tidbit vs. it being on the long factory provided list of potential features.) I was disappointed in that fact as I really utilize the sunroofs in past vehicles. Anyway, at the inspection, the mechanic noticed THE ENGINE HAD BEEN REPLACED in the vehicle! The replacement engine was not mentioned in the ad or in the car fax. What's concerning is the mechanic pointed out that it looked as if there was an attempt to hide that fact as a certain part (a part which is the clear indication of a replaced engine) was painted over to camaflouge it. When we returned back to the dealership, the owner Marc met with me and, at first, attempted to make it appear as if the mechanic was lying since there was no record of an engine replacement anywhere in the his records. He was relatively nice about it but still... to imply the mechanic was lying for the purpose of getting my repair business in the future was questionable. Ultimately, Marc called his service department to look further into it and they did advise him the engine was in fact replaced earlier in the week as a result of a blown head gasket. Marc apologized and confirmed the mechanic was correct and noted he was not aware of the repair made to the car and it was not showing on records because it was just done earlier in the week so it did not hit the service records yet. The part that was instantly concerning to me was if such a huge repair like a replaced engine can be done without any of the staff knowledge (or so they say) then what else is potentially wrong with the car or other cars on the lot they are unaware of? I mean, its not like it was a flat tire repair. That's a pretty large and expensive repair to be done without anyone knowing. Also, if I had purchased the car without the inspection, I would have been in the dark about the car not having the original engine since it was not disclosed. Anyway, if you decide to go to RollIt Motors, I would advise you to do your due diligence with getting the car independently inspected. But that applies for any car you see at any dealership! read more

The vehicle I purchased seems OK so far, but I am very skeptical and am waiting for additional problems. They...more specifically in this case...Bob....was quick to tell me anything he thought I wanted to hear. I was told that they did a fresh oil/filter change on the vehicle and...that they installed new tires. Later found out that apparently, neither had been done. Was also told that this truck was a Texas vehicle it's whole life. Not True! Truck originally purchased in Texas and then spent it's entire life in New York. I was told that they would provide the CAR FAX to me. Did not happen and I had to track it down on my own. The 2-3 times I called back with questions, I was basically blown off by Bob. They are not interested in any type of customer service or dealing with you in any way after they have finished selling you a vehicle. Company took advantage of a 21 year old. I got a truck there without spending a dime then they took my credit card over the phone without any credit card slip and charged it for $12,500 so I decided I should take it back to the dealership with the keys, washed, better than how it left the dealership and they won't refund my money. They are short staffed, the staff they do have seem nice but their morals are horrible if they're trying to take money from a 21 year old. Not cool. I even offered to give them $1,000 for a rental fee but nope. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT visit this dealership there are plenty of other great places to go. read more

Experience was okay. Was sold a car and not even 24 hours the car wouldn't start and my check engine light was on as well as the etc light and the check oil light. I told them about it and they were quick to act. They picked up my car from my house and brought me a loaner car to my work while I was working to ensure that I was able to get around. My salesman was Michael and I was also helped by the gm, Tyler. Both of them had phenomenal customer service. There was one manager I was transferred to at one point and when I expressed my concern he responded with "well if you're gonna accuse me of being a liar you can fix it on your own dime" I only had this car a day and he was saying he couldn't do anything about it!! all I did was express that I was upset that I spent 14000$ on a car that won't start. I was trying to get a refund because not even a day later I was having all these issues and the whole reason I got a newer car was to avoid issues. That made me really upset and I wish I caught his name because he doesn't deserve to be taking to customers at all. But car is good now, was returned with brand new tires like promised but immediately the check oil light came on so I had to go back AGAIN. I bought this car 3 days ago so I'm hoping more issues don't come up. But I truly believe they fixed everything. Also thought it was weird how the second I turned out of the lot, I needed to put gas in my car cause it was completely empty.
