These guys are awesome! The customer service is first class and their quality of work is excellent. Huge shoutout to Shane and Daniel for all of their help and time answering countless questions on my stereo upgrade and new tow mirrors. I'm getting ready to pick up some LED lighting for my truck next. This is the ONLY shop I trust with any of my cars! Thanks guys!!

More jacked up brackets and cheap sheet metal screws and cloth tape everywhere (not heatshrink)

$4000 later for my Harley stereo system and I had to sign a paper acknowledging that the components used (that someone from their company chose and recommended for my application) are very sensitive to water. If I wash my motorcycle and something is water damaged or if I ride it in the rain and somehow it gets wet that they (RollingSoundz) will no longer cover the components that are damaged. Keep in mind I didn't give them a budget or any brand specific guidelines, only that it's loud, clear and water resistant like factory. Four attempts later here we are, next stop BAGGERS AUDIO in San Jose for water proofing so I can wash my Harley or ride it in the rain without issues. I will say the Modesto store did go through the wiring and clean it all up and heat shrink all of the splices for protection against water damage (that wasn't done right the first time in Turlock store) but it wasn't without an argument from Carlos. Only after the owner told me that it was standard procedure on Harley's to heat shrink all of the splices did Carlos concede and decide to do it without "charging me extra". I appreciate them replacing my head unit a second time after a second wash but I can't comprehend how anyone would ever expect someone who owns a Harley doesn't EVER wash it ‍. The salesman stated he's done many Harley stereos before however all of his customers only wipe their bikes down and never actually wash them with water . I did also have a faulty generic iPhone cable which was causing CarPlay connectivity issues after realizing that problem Carlos kindly let me have a new cable of his FREE OF CHARGE. In return he was hoping for a 5 review on yelp however those require much more than an iPhone cable. I promised Carlos an updated review last night when I picked up the Harley... this morning he called 5 times in a row once from shop then 4 times from a blocked number (I was in a meeting and couldn't answer) I finally excused myself from the meeting to answer expecting some sort of an emergency of sorts and it was just Carlos reminding me to change my review so now here I am mid board meeting changing the review for him (haha as he's yet again texting me reminding me to change the review) If RollingSoundz put as much effort into customer service and quality installations as Carlos did obtaining a 5 star yelp review he'd probably have a 5 star yelp review from me ‍ ironic right. For the replacement deck and the free iPhone cable as well as some free RollingSoundz gear I changed my review to 3 stars then I got the pictures of all of my butchered brackets and the mess left behind... "Yea they chopped up your brackets butchered the wiring. We can ditch these 2 amps and put 1 more powerful one instead and clean up and reuse some of the wiring" Is the message I got from the new shop owner It's sad ya know, that people take advantage like this... none of the components used were even rated for marine use (since it's a motorcycle and gets wet)

MY RECIEPT THAT THEY WOULDNT ACCEPT A PHOTO OF.

Price was beyond reasonable and Lee was very courteous and knowledgeable about the tint and gave me all the pros and cons of which tint would be best. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get their windows tinted...I was in there and out of there in just a little over an hour.... Amazing job if I could give them more than 5 stars I would... in my book it was a 10

I recently had my vehicle tinted at Eclipse Window Tinting and unfortunately had a very…read moredisappointing experience with the owner, Lee. When I originally brought my vehicle in, I explained that I needed it completed by a certain time. The job ended up running about 45 minutes late, and it felt rushed. After inspecting the work, I noticed a very noticeable beard hair trapped underneath the front windshield tint directly in the passenger's line of sight. This is a brand new vehicle that had just been professionally detailed the day before, so I know it did not come from inside the vehicle. I called Lee a few days later, and he agreed to redo the windshield tint and scheduled me for Thursday morning. However, when I called today to ask if I could reschedule for Saturday due to a conflict, the conversation immediately became unprofessional. Instead of simply rescheduling, he started making excuses about how difficult my windshield was to tint and explained that during installation there is a short period of time where they "can't control what's in the atmosphere," implying that debris or hair getting trapped under the tint can happen. He also stated that if anything gets stuck behind the tint again, they are not going to continue redoing the windshield and that I would "probably just have to live with it." As a customer who spent around $500, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect quality work and professional customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says everything about their professionalism and pride in their work. This was actually the third vehicle I've brought to Lee over the years, and while he's always had a bit of an attitude, I brushed it off as personality. After this experience, though, I can honestly say I won't be returning. I'll be taking my business elsewhere to have the windshield redone properly by a company that stands behind its work and values customer service. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Unfortunately yelp requires at least one star, because based on this experience, both the workmanship and customer service fell far below what I expected.

What was supposed to be a simple tint job turned into damage to my vehicle's interior. Both front interior pillar panels and the dashboard came back scratched after being in their possession. What makes this even worse is that this van was purchased only 4 days ago. Before buying it, my family and I spent nearly 3 months searching for the right vehicle because so many others we looked at had dents, scratches, and interior damage. We finally found a van that was very well cared for by a retired owner who barely drove it and kept it in excellent condition inside and out. I personally inspected the vehicle thoroughly before bringing it into this shop, and the interior was in great shape with no scratches or damage. Anyone who just purchased a vehicle would naturally inspect it carefully to make sure it was properly taken care of before spending that kind of money. If these scratches had already been there, I absolutely would have noticed them during my inspection and used them to negotiate a lower purchase price. I have worked as a mechanic for many years and have been around cars my entire life. I know how to inspect vehicles and identify both the pros and cons of a car's condition. That is exactly why I know this damage was not there before the tint appointment. The dashboard also had a dash cover that I had recently installed. Before installing it, I thoroughly cleaned and inspected the dashboard because I had to apply silicone tape underneath the cover to keep it properly secured. While cleaning and installing the cover, I did not notice any scratches or imperfections on the dashboard at all. After picking up the vehicle from the tint shop, I noticed the dash cover was no longer sitting correctly. When I inspected it further, I found that the silicone tape had been disturbed and damaged. That is when I discovered the scratches on the dashboard underneath. This further confirms that the damage occurred while the vehicle was in their possession. Jesus also mentioned that he reviewed the shop's surveillance cameras. However, those cameras are mainly for general security and are not positioned inside the vehicle to clearly show what may have happened during the tint installation process. He also stated that they do not use tools that would scratch a vehicle, but scratches can come from many things beyond just tools. Something as simple as fingernails, belt buckles, clothing, or improper handling while working around tight interior areas can cause damage like this. That is what concerns me the most. Even if a company invests in high-quality tools and equipment designed to prevent damage, it still comes down to the person handling those tools and whether proper care and attention are being used while working on a customer's vehicle. A vehicle can still be damaged if the technician is not being careful during the installation process. What is also disappointing is that Jesus spoke with his manager, yet there still seemed to be no consideration given to the fact that this vehicle was just purchased days ago and was in excellent condition when it arrived. Instead of taking accountability or trying to make things right, they are now trying to deny responsibility for damage that appeared immediately after their work was performed. It makes absolutely no sense that scratches would suddenly appear after the first shop to touch the vehicle had possession of it. I trusted this shop with a vehicle that meant a lot to my family, and instead of receiving professional care, I got my vehicle back in worse condition than when it arrived. I normally do not leave reviews or rate businesses, but this experience needs to be noticed so people can see how this company conducts its business and handles customer concerns. Very disappointing experience, poor accountability, and lack of care for customers' property. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
