Overall customer service!…read more My dog had an appt that had to be rescheduled due to death in the family. Upon rescheduling that appt an emergency knee appt was needed for me at the same time of the rescheduled time. My dog has been with them for a while now andI was asking for them to go to a different location for this one appt. ( three blocks from my home) . When I saw that there was no response I canceled my knee appt to be present for the grooming appt. When I called Bridgette she didn't answer but immediately sent me a text message. Basically letting me know she was unable to go to a different location ( they don't operate that way) that she was canceling my dog appt and that she would no longer be able to service her. I had just called her two minutes prior to her sending the message to say I canceled my knee appt and would be home. I left messages, called numerous times and she never responded back. It's unfortunate but very unethical to run business in this manner. There was no reason to cancel my dog services but she made it clear that she could no longer service her! I don't recommend them because clearly it's all about the dollar bill with them. They lack empathy and don't value their customers in my opinion!

Outstanding Job !! I was a frequent visitor to Petsmart before Covid but now will be rethinking…read morethat option after I saw the great work she did. Petsmart out the door with their Top Coat package and tip always came to $80 bucks or so. I was presented a total bill for $60 for all services which I felt compelled to tip more thanks to price and the quality of job done. I find pricing very reasonable considering they come to you. They could be overcharging during these times but are not. I will plan to setup regular appointments from here on.

I am actually very sad to be writing this review, especially because I used to be an employee at…read morethis clinic for years, but the complete lack of compassion for the animals that has come since the current owner has taken over absolutely needs to be addressed. It is disgusting. This past weekend I was out of state on a family vacation when my 16 year old dog (who has been a patient at this clinic since she was a puppy and was just last seen in Oct of 2024) took a turn very fast, and I had to make the decision to have her euthanized even though I couldn't be there, which is heartbreaking on its own. My parents were caring for her in my absence, and when the in-home euthanasia dr I was hoping could do the procedure (because my last interaction at Mulford was not something I was willing to continue to have. I won't even get into that!) wasn't available they called around in a panic to get my girl out of pain as soon as possible. Naturally they called MAH to get her in since my family has always gone there, my dog was always a patient there, and I worked there previously. While my dog was howling in pain, my dad was told that she was no longer an established patient and would need a visit to be re-established and she would need her rabies vaccine before she could be euthanized and the first available appointment wouldn't be for two weeks out. Because an actively dying dog in pain needs the vaccine, right? When I worked at this clinic under two previous owners I can't even count the number of times I stayed late because an emergency came in (even animals that weren't patients at the clinic). Whether they were dying, injured, or just in distress or pain they were taken care of because we wanted to help the animals. There was no strong arming the clients into having a certain test to receive a medication. There was no requirement to get a certain treatment to be taken care of. There was just a care for a living being who needed help. I completely understand that times have changed, and veterinary clinics are overrun with so many animals needing to be cared for so there have to be some boundaries in place to give proper care to the established patients. I do. But I will never understand how a dog who has been seen for 16 years and was just seen 10 months ago is in pain and dying they have it in their hearts to just refuse to do anything for her. I will never step foot in that clinic again, and neither will the other several family members of mine who have been clients for DECADES. I will tell anyone who asks to run the other direction. By the way, Whispering Willows was able to accommodate us within hours. Their dr came to my house and treated my girl with the dignity and compassion every pet deserves. They even let me facetime so I could be there the only way possible. They deserve 5 stars.

Wow so sad I have been going here for years and was pleased…read morethey weren't bought out and of corporate mentality. Boy how wrong- my dog is dying and all they want to know is when I'll pay the rest of the bill ( approx $40 out of $800 paid) not once has anyone who has called asked how is he doing NOT once. If they had bothered to check on him - like they used to do- if they still were a humanitarian group - how beautiful that would have been. No such luck - now it's all about over selling and giving prescriptions your dog really doesn't need or can't take and paying them
