And the chinchillas (a nocturnal animal) are placed right next to all of the birds (who are in the process of raising the largest racket every time I'm there). And still I return. The staff member in the lizard area was incredibly helpful in explaining what would work for first time owners. Yesterday, we were in search of guinea pig prices (and without a perks card for other stores, this is the cheapest place with $33). They had about 4, though they were all a bit skiddish. The best part of the trip were the bunnies. Two black and one white, but only the white one was shy, the two black ones were more than willing to hop on over for a pet. Oh my heart melted!! Come here for some of the animals, but not for the supplies (waaay over priced).

They over refunded meanwhile charging interest on both accounts. Straightening out their mistakes took a total of 4 months with many many calls all lasting at least 30 min to 1hour. Don't do it!!!

They are dog friendly (obviously) and our good boy was so excited he was excited-whining the whole time we were in the store. We bought some jerky sticks, pumpkin treats, and some CBD treats to see if they'd help with our adopted dog's separation anxiety/FOMO. The CBD treats haven't seemed too effective but I can say he had the biggest smile on his face right after we have him one in the parking lot. And their pumpkin treats they bake onsite are one of his favorites. The staff there was so kind and patient with our whiny doggo, gave him a treat and explained any questions we had. They have punch cards for the bags of treats they bake in house. I wish this place was closer, we'd for sure be regulars!

They also have yard decorations as well. Every winter I put out seed for the birds. I like to watch them in the yard. It's kind of relaxing. When I need a new feeder or seed, I always go here to get it. They have decorative feeders, they have basic feeders or if you are like me with a dang squirrel problem, they have squirrel resistant feeders. I would say squirrel proof but those gosh darn tree rats have a way to still get seed out of them! And yes, they do have squirrel feeders, but why you'd want to bring the vile seed stealing beasties into your yard is beyond me! Besides having feeders, they also have all the equipment you'll need to hang them. Hooks, poles, stands, everything. They even have items you can get to help prevent the evil squirrels from robbing you blind and causing the birds to starve! They also have a loyalty program for people so that you can save money when you come in to purchase more feed or items. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
