We ordered the Speck-tacular pizza which has roasted mushrooms, prosciutto, arugula, Gruyere and mozzarella, plus a few other perfectly paired ingredients on thin charred pizza crust. It is so good!!!! We also tried a pepperoni pizza, also fantastic. Same dough, red sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni. So basic and so tasty! The wood fired oven makes a difference. We also tried the signature wings, bone in. It sounds a little different....sweet chili sauce and bacon bits? It is fantastic! Real bacons bits atop a perfectly fried chicken wing drenched in a sweet chili sauce. We also had to try the Sicily pizza which has a thick (not thin) crust with pepperoni. It was similar but quite different from the thin crust pepperoni pizza. I loved both versions. We brought it all home and had a lot of leftovers...which we happily ate for a couple days.
