This review is strictly for a Kids Bowling Birthday Party in the Z Lounge…read more Totally worth what we paid! Our youngest turned 5 and we wanted to throw him an extra special birthday party with friends. We've done private room bowling parties before and they're so great for enjoying time with other families and kids. You have a sectioned off private area so kids can run around and play and adults can relax and chat knowing the little ones can't escape easily. This was a 10/10 party! We paid for: 20 kids to bowl for 3 hours in the Z Lounge, endless soft drinks for 2 hours, 5 large 1 topping pizzas for the 20 kids and then adults had leftovers. We let the adults know it was a party for kids only to bowl and we'd have drinks and pizza for the kids and the adults were welcome to order food and drinks with a waiter that came to and from the room often. We also kept the $200 in arcade money and 20 ride/attraction passes for our kids instead of sharing them with the kids that came to the party. Our kids had an amazing time using those at a later date. It was totally worth it for everyone to have an amazing time and not have to host a party in our home. Also, shout out to Jules who helped us during the birthday party- she is amazing!! Thanks Wahooz Bowling Alley!

You were given a certain amount of time and when it was up, you had to go ask for more time. There was a chance that you would have to go on a waiting list. They were busier than in New Years Eve. The bowling sitting area and floor was dirty from food making it slippery and I actually fell on my first ball. We ordered fries and a pretzel. Both were good except we didn't receive the fry sauce I ordered and we were not given any napkins or ketchup. I went and asked for both. I took the fry sauce as a loss. Games have become way over priced at $1.50 each. Plan to spend money and go in a day where there is a deal to make it worth your while.

For big kids and small kids. The little car section according to my 5 year old nephew was pretty boring they only had one car working out of 3, and the 3rd once wasn't even fast. The train section was fun for him. The zoo was also a nice touch. The goats were very sweet and the chickens too. The Tik tok game was fun. The ax trowing looked fun. The pumpkin lunching was fun for the first one the second time my daughter tried it the pumpkin went the other way ended up hitting me. My arm hurts and it's swollen but the only did they said can I get you some ice. Okay. Also its not handicap accessible if you have a wheelchair theirs no where to go inside the place.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, and the owner even came out to say hello and made my daughter feel so special. One of her favorite features was the excavator play area, which was such a unique and fun touch. I also ordered a vanilla oat milk latte, and it was made perfectly. We're excited for their grand opening and can't wait to come back. A huge thank you to everyone who was so kind and welcoming to both me and my daughter. I highly recommend checking this place out!

Tried this place for the first time today, and unfortunately, it just wasn't a good fit for us…read more First, the artificial fragrance is extremely strong the moment you walk in. I ended up with a terrible headache from the smell. I'd also recommend making sure your child actually enjoys playing in sand before spending the money--one of mine loved it, but my other child wasn't interested at all, so that portion ended up being a complete waste of money for us. Also, read the flyer carefully before paying. They never asked the ages of my kids, and I didn't realize until afterward that my son is under 2 and shouldn't have been charged the same rate. Given the price, that was frustrating. Overall, there are so many indoor play areas popping up around the Treasure Valley, and unfortunately, this one just didn't make the cut for us. $30 for one hour for two kids is very pricey, especially when places like Leap Years offer more for less. And the excavator ride? Honestly, I thought it was ridiculous that it's an additional $5 per ride. It feels like an easy way to get parents to spend even more on top of an already expensive admission. I really wanted to love this place, but for our family, it just wasn't worth the price.

Pretty awesome bowling :)…read more Check in is easy & the workers are kind. We had the unlimited attractions so we could bowl all we wanted for free. The lanes were pretty empty and there are tons of bowling balls to try out. We ordered some lunch while we bowled. The lady never refilled our drinks so that was kind of annoying, but the food was good. We had a small pizza (yum!) a sandwich and some fries. Everything was hot and delicious. Prices seem fair. The have optional bumpers and the little roller things for the kiddos. It was a nice break to come in from the outside fun. I wish the music was a little bit louder! We will be back!

So.... stinkin'..... much..... fun…read more I knew nothing about this place until we went to Idaho to visit my brother and sister-in-law. They'd rolled their eyes, promised, nearly guaranteed there'd be snow. I mean it's bloody Idaho....in January. There WILL be snow. But of course, the few days we were there? None on the ground and not a single flake fell. But the Gateway saved us! Like I said we knew nothing. So we didn't book or pay on-line or sign any waivers in advance. We rolled up with cash in our pockets and said we wanted to play. The runs were fast and fun. There was one with a jump large enough that I got airborne several times. The staff that manned the runs were upbeat and energetic. And it was a great opportunity for this hevier-than-he-ought-to-be visitor to get some vigorous exercise. I loved the intertube design!! Someone clearly has given that some thought. The skins that covered the intertubes were freakishly fast and the handles were thick and rugged and comfortable. It was especially awesome to set the intertube down at the top of a run, back up 3 or 4 big steps, and give it a running, leaping start. Just for a minute as I was in the air or as I was screaming sideways down the run I could relish the sense of invincibility that teenagers and 20-somethings enjoy as a routine part of life. It was wonderful.

Lots of benches to sit at and a fire pit. Today 12/13/23 from 4-5:30pm crew...this one's for you! The reason for this YELP review is to express gratitude for the crew in charge of sending us down the snow lanes. My daughter (4yrs old) was so terrified to go down the slides and they were so kind. So gentle. Such great cheer leaders to motivate her to do it. After 3 attempts they finally convinced her to do it and she loved it. My parents (both in their 70's) my husband my daughter and myself will talk about this experience for years to come. While at dinner my dad thanked us for making today one of his favorite days in his life. My little one is still talking about how fun it was and how everyone clapped for her. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. If I could hug the guys working there I would've. Thank you thank you and thank you.

Recently played with a group of 11-13 year old kids. About 13 of them…read more Pros. The course was good. The equipment was good and parking was ample. Snacks were affordable and tasty Cons. Walk on play with all age groups. Our kids were pummeled by older adults who clearly looked like this was all they do. These competition adult gunslingers walked up and point blank shot some younger kids in the back. No referee or anyone noticed or even cared. We thought that with all the fields they had they would have at least tried to separate the people better. There were a lot more younger kids than adults. Price. We purchased tickets at a expo and knew we had to pay for air and paint. What we didn't know that jt would be almost 30 dollars per person. It would have also been nice to know that any unopened bag of 500 paintballs could have been returned My advice to anyone going with younger kids. do not buy bulk tickets. It's a rip off, do not play as a walk on. It's unsafe, your kids are going to be hurt by some older couch warrior looking to be a big man. The refs won't stop them. Book a private party.

First time here with my teen's birthday party. I have to say that the staff here are very organized…read moreand run a tight ship. It's right next to the freeway so it's extremely loud and constantly noisy. Do not expect a pristine place where you could come and sit and have a picnic. This is for all intents and purposes a Battle planning facility. Gravel everywhere, pallets, stacked, blocks and block buildings. Cool. When you arrive you will receive a briefing via video, complete with safety rules, and the do and do not rules. You will then receive information on how to wear the gear, and when you can take it off and so forth. Followed by a fitting with your gun and other stuff. They will show you how to fill the air tank, which you will need to do between each round, and you should also buy extra paintballs. I bought an extra 2000 and I think they are about 17 bucks for that box. You cannot pick the balls up off the ground because it will jam up the guns. When you are finished receiving your briefings, one of the staff members will come out with you and divide you up in the teams of red and blue and take you to a game play zone where they'll explain different games. The only downside right now, besides the fly swarms, to this place is all of the construction nearby making an on-time arrival impossible if you leave the normal time. The best route here is from the Boise direction on 84, or from Star area, then go south on Karcher until you get to Caldwell Boulevard. Turn right on Karcher and follow it all the way down until you run into Ustick. Make a right turn and go back over 84 and it's on your right side, then turn right into the driveway. If you come down, Aviation way, and dead end into Ustick, it's straightahead and slightly left and you'll see it. The signage is very poor right now. The boys are out there now and they're having a blast. Price is very reasonable for the amount of fun to be had.

The clubhouse has had a recent renovation and is beautiful. I'm sharing this review in hopes it might help someone decide whether they apply for membership here. Currently, there is not much info on the food/beverage situation both on the website and on Yelp. We preordered our meals from a selection set by our group, so I have not seen a full menu. I ordered a club sandwich with french fries, and they were delicious. The bread is buttery toasted with quality tasting ham, turkey and bacon. Lettuce, tomato and cheddar cheese. However, they put A LOT of mayo on it too. The amount of French fries was huge! Good thing they reheat well in an air fryer. Service was fine, but she really didn't talk much, no real engagement with anyone. It also took forever to get whatever was asked for (side of dressing, ketchup and a ToGo box at the end) This establishment charges a 20% service fee "for better employee wages" but it was not told to us in advance (maybe it is posted on the menu I wasn't privy to). The bar area looked fun, clean and comfortable with a really great outdoor patio too. I asked the manager if the club was public or private and even though it is private was the public able to eat/drink here?Unfortunately, the answer is No, or I would come back to try more food. The club has lots of amenities and looked like a very lively place.
