My twins wanted to go to fly high and they have an allowance so they paid for themselves. There's a stunt bag that in the rule plaque it says one person at a time almost halfway down. On several occasions, there were more than three kids on it at once and I only did the workers walk by in a couple of times and not say anything but when I asked if it was one person at a time, I was told they just don't want kids jumping on each other. I went to the front and let them know and I was told technically it is but she didn't really seem to care, but then she walks out talks to kids on it and then as she's walking by me, she tells me the issues been resolved and it happens again (like it's my job) to let her know. I'm busy parenting my kids so if they're not partaking in that particular obstacle that I'm not going to hang out there and police it. This is honestly the first time I've had any issues at this place, so I'm not going to give a lesser rating, but it is pretty irritating when the staff are not enforcing the rules and trying to make it sound like that's actually not one of the rules when I asked about it. Definitely make sure that you watch your kids and make sure they're safe because today that didn't seem to be much of a priority to the staff. read more

This is probably the most extensive trampoline park available in town. They have ropes, slides, raging bull, climbing, wall climbing, jumping, and many many more options. It's huge and many kids can play here without a problem. It's usually packed on weekends and days off school. I wouldn't say it's the cleanest but it's kept ok. I suggest it for ages 4 and above. The little ones can hurt themselves and others with their non coordinations. The rails are always exactly their head height and there are some edges that are not protected enough. This place is a BLAST. We spent three full hours here with myself, an 11 & 10 year old little dude. The prices seem reasonable and you do have to have their specific grippy socks. The staff working was SUPER awesome and kind. We had some good laughs as I was checking our group in. There is SO MUCH to do here! Like, SO MUCH. We could have stayed longer than 3 hours. From Olympic Tramps, to Trapeze, dodgeball, the wipeout swiper arm, jumping into the huge poof, and SO MUCH MORE. Hello, I would like to express something that I witnessed and go off of Sarah O review. Fly Hight keeps blocking/deleting reviews, especially on Google EVEN MINE. I got sent a Facebook post and was asked if this was the family I was talking about at the party. Me and my family were there (Fly High) on 9/16/23. I looked at the post and then went back and forth from that and Google to make sure. Sure enough, it's the family. I have been debating if I should post what I saw and heard, but after seeing the post on Facebook and the updates and what is happening on Google. I decided I should share what a customer/bystander witnessed. Hopefully, this review doesn't get taken down like the husbands and mine and others did on Google by Fly High. In my opinion, it seems like they are trying to hide the truth. As my family and I walked into, Fly High. I did see the family, and I'm assuming the party guest. As we walked by, we did notice they were talking to one employee, and there was no cussing, yelling, or anything alarming. The only thing that I heard was that we had confirmation for our reservation. I didn't think anything of it at that time, and we continued to go upstairs to get checked in for the party that we were invited to. I was with my kid, and we were playing/bouncing. I then was asked by my kid if we could go upstairs to the obstacle course (I think that's what it's called) and try it out. I said "sure let's go." I stated, walking towards the back of the building where there are stairs that go up to the second floor. I was ahead of my kid (due to playing/bouncing as we were heading that direction). As I was going up the stairs, I looked towards my left, and I saw that family that was down in the lobby. Somewhere sitting and somewhere standing (things looked normal). I turned around to see where my kid was, and as I did that. I hear a voice really loudly, saying, "You called me a f.. b.... you need to leave. " I then looked to my right and saw a young lady and young gentleman walking up to them (pretty fastly) cussing and yelling at them. I had no idea what was going on but thought to myself if those were employees that is really unprofessional. I then started walking down the stairs and grabbed my kid, and said, "Let's go." I didn't want my kid to see that, but unfortunately, my kid heard yelling. My kid did ask what was going on, I said, "I don't know, let's go the other way to get to the obstacle course." As we made our way to the stairs towards the front. The yelling stopped. I was like, okay then. Let's keep moving. As we were walking up the stairs almost to the top, I looked towards my left, and I saw that young lady and young gentleman again walking kinda slow and talking. As we are making our way to the platform entrance to the obstacle course. I can hear them making rude comments and talking rudely about that family. I was shocked to even hear such things coming out of their mouths and not even doing that in private away from other customers. They kept talking and walking until I didn't see them anymore. I went back downstairs to meet my kid, and then we met back up with our party. Our friends asked if we heard that ruckus, I told them yes, and we walked up on it. I told them what I saw and heard and then I told them that I heard and saw two employees talking really bad about that family with no care in the world as to who was around them, and I was appalled at what they were saying. We finished up the party with our friends, and the kids had a good time besides hearing all of that. In my opinion, I don't think I want to go back or have my friends and family go there because if employees have no care in the world to say rude things about a family in front of other customers. How do I know that if we had a problem that we would be talked about like that. I feel that was very unprofessional, and my family and I felt bad for that family. Like I stated before, I was not sure if I wanted to write this. But as I'm seeing things. I felt I should share what I saw and heard as a customer. I looked through the reviews on Google and replies even from Fly High, they have changed their replies and also blocking reviews. I find that odd. We started coming here for the homeschool deal Mondays and Fridays. This is the best trampoline place we've been to! It has all of the different types of trampolines, and also a play zone with a ball pit. It's always very clean, and there is plenty of room for the parents to sit and watch the kids. This was my first time to this trampoline park and it was the dirtiest one I've been to. There was trash everywhere, on the ground down all the hallways, upstairs all over the floor where there had been a party. It was difficult to identify the staff because they didn't have company marked clothing on, different hoodies on most. The play area with the balls had a ton of damaged unclean-able surfaces. Visible dirt and debris in tunnel and slide connections. Unable to find any hand sanitizer for public use. Will definitely choose the other parks in the valley next time. read more

I have been previously and have never heard of that happening. Also was not impressed when I was there before and the teens were jumping off the walls and knocking down and picking on little kids. The safety net that is supposed to stop the toddlers from falling down all the stairs is broken. My four year old slipped underneath it many stairs up, and hit her head on the last stair. Even upon telling the staff, they made me wait to get ice to apply to the half-dollar sized purple welt on the back of her head. Be warned - I watched them patch the net back together with a few zip ties, and kept it open for all the babies and toddlers to continue playing in. Who knows what else is broken in here. My youngest daughter had been eagerly awaiting the opening of Fly High. I was excited when they opened and even more excited to find a groupon. While the location is new and heavily staffed overall it was a disappointment. The rear of the building is under construction (both upstairs and down) with construction materials all over. I took my 10 & 15 year old grandchildren here yesterday for the 1st time. We all liked the attractions that were there. They had lots of fun and were worn out when our session was done. I would take them back if we have time during their visit from out of state. The place looked clean for the kind of activities available. I was more concerned about the staffing because they weren't making patrons follow the rules that were very obvious to all participants. For instance some adults were playing in the area set aside for younger, smaller children I thought that was rude and inappropriate by these adults. Many adults were walking around eating and drinking. The signage was plain to read that said no food or beverages in the trampoline areas. then I observed a toddler that wasn't being watched by it's parent continually climbing into areas where he could've gotten hurt. These rules are in place to keep everyone safe. The young staff need to be more assertive in controlling the patrons in order to keep all safe. I want everyone to have a great time when they play here because this is a good activity for many ages. I liked the variety of trampolines and play areas.
